Abstract: A safety tile for embedding into a pedestrian-accessible surface, and a method of its use, are disclosed. The safety tile comprises a substantially planar tile member that includes an upper surface, a lower surface, and at least one side surface. The upper surface includes a plurality of projections extending upwardly therefrom, and the lower surface may include a plurality of downwardly projecting ribs. A plurality of anchor bolts are included that traverse the tile member from the upper surface to the lower surface through an aperture therein. Preferably the projections are shaped and pattered so as to be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines. The rounded head of each anchor bolt is preferably shaped and patterned similarly to each of the plurality of projections and positioned on the upper surface so that the rounded head of each anchor bolt takes the place of one projection in the pattern.

Abstract: A portable lighting apparatus and a method of its use are disclosed. A mounting post is vertically supported by a rigid base which includes a plurality of wheels fixed to a bottom side thereof The base further includes an enclosure which completely encloses the mounting post, as well as the other components of the invention, when the apparatus is in a disassembled configuration. A mast is preferably comprised of at least one elongated mast section, each of which fit end-to-end and can be locked together. The mast is fixed to the mounting post. A light fixture is included that comprises a lamp post, a port plug, and a lamp holder mount that supports a lamp holder. The lamp post has a lower end that is attachable to the upper end of any one of the plurality of mast sections. A lamp bulb is held by the lamp holder, and a connector cable is electrically connected to the bulb therethrough.

Abstract: A toy barrier of the New Jersey traffic barrier style to provide children with a product for any number of applications. Analogous of existing highway traffic barrier with the exception of the size and the intended use. The toy may be filled with water, sand or any type of substance through a fill hole in the top of the barrier. The fill hole shall also act as the drain plug. Product uses would include, but would not be limited to, sand boxes, toy racetracks, playpen areas of containment, etc. Number of applications determined upon child's imagination.
