  • Publication number: 20130320783
Abstract: A step motor used to adjust a headlight's up and down includes a supporting pole, a magnet, a coil and a circuit board. The circuit board has a power input terminal subsequently connected with a voltage regulator IC, a control IC, a transistor and a driver. In addition, the driver is connected with the coil; the control IC is connected with a signal input terminal further connected with a vehicle compute; the power input terminal is connected with a vehicle power source. So when a vehicle is started, power can flow through and regulated by the voltage regulator IC. Then it runs through the control IC to command the driver to drive the negative coil to induce the magnet to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, enabling the supporting pole to move inward or outward to horizontally balance the headlight.

  • Patent number: 7755234
Abstract: A brushless motor includes a bottom base, a circuit board, a rotator, a big gear, a big driven gear, a driving gear and a lid. Positioned around a shaft base inside the bottom base are two stopping posts that form an included angle with the shaft base. A positioning plate is formed at the bottom of the driving gear, restricted to move between the two stopping posts to keep the driving gear rotated in a preset angle. And, a single injection mold can make various bottom bases with diverse rotating angles for being used in the brushless motor employed for different lamps, achieving the purpose of reducing manufacturing cost.

  • Patent number: 7287888
Abstract: An adjusting device for automobile headlamp projection angle comprises a case, a bearing ring, a connection beam, a magnet, a main axle, a pair of forward-wound coil and backward-wound coil, a pair of active transmission gear wheel and passive transmission gear wheel, and a circuit board. The circuit board controls the charging of the coils, determining the poiarity of the magnet, whereby the transmission gear wheels will move and drive an up or down shift of the main axle. A stopping piece mounted on the passive transmission gear wheel will move and confine the movement of the main axle between an upper and a lower limits, which limits are controlled by a handle on the circuit board. Therefore, over-extension and over-contraction of the main axle can be prevented. Further, the transmission will be more sensitive, and the total volume of the device will be small.
