The method is to be implemented using a processor of a computer device and includes: generating a spectral image based on an original color image of an environment under test using a spectral transformation matrix; supplying the spectral image as an input into an estimating model for air pollution estimation; and obtaining an estimation result from the estimating model indicating a degree of air pollution of the environment under test.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of controlling a heat-dissipating fan of a computer device, which is provided with a heat-dissipating fan, a controller, a first sensor unit, and a second sensor unit. The method of the present invention includes the following steps. First, the controller accepts a first signal and a second signal and controls the rotating speed of the heat-dissipating fan according to the first signal. Subsequently, the controller determines the first signal and the second signal. Next, the controller reduces the rotating speed of the heat-dissipating fan corresponding to the first signal to temporarily maintain the rotating speed at a constant to thereby reduce a noise value produced by the heat-dissipating fan.

Abstract: A system for managing lot transactions among business units is provided. The system comprises an interface, storage device, and a processor. The interface provides an access to a lot transaction service for the business units. The storage device stores a preset business rule and manufacturing information corresponding to a lot, comprising lot ID, part ID, WIP quality, process flow, and validity of each of the business units. The processor, linking to the storage device and the interface, performs the lot transaction service for the business units, receives the lot sent and/or received notice, checks the sent/received notice according to a preset business rule, and updates the manufacturing information accordingly.
