    Abstract: A substrate manufacturing method includes steps of: providing a transparent substrate; applying an adhesive layer to a surface of the transparent substrate; disposing a flexible substrate on the adhesive layer to form a multi-layer structure; disposing the multi-layer structure over the reflector, in which the reflector has a first reflecting region and a second reflecting region, and the reflectivity of the first reflecting region is greater than the reflectivity of the second reflecting region; and hardening the adhesive layer by performing an ultraviolet radiation toward the multi-layer structure to form a first hardened portion and a second hardened portion.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic pump comprises a cylinder, a piston, a first induction coil, a second induction coil, and a magnetic housing. The piston is slidably disposed in the cylinder. The first induction coil and the second induction coil are fitted over two ends of the cylinder and are alternately provided with a power source to effect an excitation. The piston is caused by the excitation to move linearly back and forth within the cylinder, thereby enabling the piston to draw in fluids and to force out the fluids.

    Abstract: An automatic draining arrangement without position limitation includes a base plate, a water storage tank, a water tank mounting frame, a detecting control circuitry, a pump and a case, in which the water storage tank is installed on the base plate through the detecting control circuitry and pump, and also the case is provide on the base plate for protection, isolation of the interior mechanism. A drain tube is attached to the pump and extends outside of the arrangement. The detecting control circuitry controls water draining operation for arrangement that generate waste water, when the waste water reach certain level, the water would automatically drain out. This arrangement can eliminate problems caused by other draining method and the problem of location, plus the fact that this arrangement can set to different switches to drain out water either by pump or by siphon action which can save electricity power.
