    Abstract: A micro-electro-mechanical system acoustic sensor, a micro-electro-mechanical system package structure and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The micro-electro-mechanical system acoustic sensor comprises a substrate, a cantilever structure and a diaphragm sensor. The cantilever structure is formed on the substrate, and comprises a fixed end and a free cantilever portion extended from the fixed end. The free cantilever portion comprises a free end. The free end and the fixed end are respectively at opposing sides of the free cantilever portion. The free cantilever portion is capable of generating a vibration wave in an empty space. The diaphragm sensor is formed on the substrate, and comprises a diaphragm film, a back plate, and at least one electrical contact point. The back plate and the diaphragm film have a first empty gap there between. The empty space and the first empty gap communicate to each other.

The driver further provides a periodic second driving signal to an opposite electrode pair opposite to the selected electrode pair during a second time period to recover the shape of the liquid lens which has been changed during the first time period.

The at least one pressure sensor is fixed on the movable mirror and senses depression of the movable mirror caused by a touch thereon. The processor determines the touch position according to the generating signals from the sensors.

The IR sensors sense the IR light beams and determine whether a strength of the sensed IR light beams is decreased to below a predetermined threshold value, caused by a touch by a user, on the transparent plate at a location of said IR sensor, and send a signal associated with the touch to the control unit, the control unit is configured to receive the signal and determine the touch point according to the location of said IR sensor.

The invention has advantages that can reduce modulation speed, undergo slight shock and be free from raster pinch effect.

    Abstract: A light emitting diode assembly is disclosed in the present invention. The light emitting diode assembly has a substrate and several light emitting diode units. It can also include several light emitting diode units fabricated on cavities formed in the substrate. Any light emitting diode unit is composed of a light emitting diode chip covered with a phosphor layer for providing light beams, and a reflecting unit installed or formed on the substrate, coated with a reflective film, surrounding the light emitting diode chip for reflecting the light beams emitted from the light emitting diode chip, and directing the light beams upward. The light emitting diode unit further includes a light condenser provided above the light emitting diode chip for guiding the light beams upward. The assembly can collect all light beams emitted laterally. Hence, lighting efficiency for the light emitting diode assembly can be improved.
