  • Patent number: 9797491
Abstract: An electric actuator assembly comprises a main actuator including a gear set containing a stepped friction portion located on a gear shaft of a drive gear thereof, an extension rod, and a power drive for rotating the gear set to move the extension rod through a lead screw, and a one-way bearing consisting of an inner race fitted to the gear shaft of the drive gear, an outer race surrounding the inner race, and a backstop mechanism mounted in between. When operating the power drive to rotate the gear set in lifting the extension rod, the inner race is rotated by the gear set relative to the outer race in one direction. When the driving power is off, the one-way bearing cannot rotate in reverse direction, the stepped friction portion is abutted against the flat contact surface of the inner race to produce a braking effect, preventing falling of the load that is supported on the main actuator.

  • Patent number: 7803261
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method to deposit particles on a charge storage apparatus with charge patterns and a forming method for charge patterns. The forming method for charge patterns includes providing the charge storage apparatus having an electrically conducting substrate and a charge storage media layer. The charge storage apparatus is disposed in a vacuum or an anhydrous environment. An electrode and the electrically conducting substrate are utilized to conduct a first voltage and a second voltage respectively to form an electric field. Charges are then stored into the charge storage media layer of the charge storage apparatus through the electric field and the charge patterns are then formed. Accordingly, particles are deposited on the charge pattern-defined areas.
