    Abstract: A high voltage semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate, a first drift region, a gate structure, a first sub gate structure, a first spacer structure, a second spacer structure, and a first insulation structure. The first drift region is disposed in the semiconductor substrate. The gate structure is disposed on the semiconductor substrate and separated from the first sub gate structure. The first sub gate structure and the first insulation structure are disposed on the first drift region. The first spacer structure is disposed on a sidewall of the gate structure. The second spacer structure is disposed on a sidewall of the first sub gate structure. At least a part of the first insulation structure is located between the first spacer structure and the second spacer structure. The first light incident surface faces the display surface, the second and third light incident surfaces are located on opposite sides of the first light incident surface, the first condensing portion is disposed corresponding to the second light incident surface and the first light source, the second condensing portion is disposed corresponding to the third light incident surface and the second light source, the first and second condensing portions convert beams of the first and second light sources into anti-peep beams with a beam angle less than 10 degrees, and the optical microstructures reflect the anti-peep beams and exit the anti-peep beams from the light guide plate. The present invention also provides an anti-peep method applicable to the anti-peep display device.

    Abstract: This document describes systems and techniques to perform simulation model fitting for radio frequency (RF) matching-network optimization. Using a simulation tool, a simulation model of the RF interface circuitry is generated with matching component values. Port impedances of the simulation model are adjusted to match at least one or more simulated scattering parameters to at least one or more actual scattering parameter of a physical prototype of the RF interface circuitry assembled with the same matching component values. An optimal load-pull location for the RF interface circuitry is also determined. The simulation model is then used to identify a matching pair that corresponds to the optimal load-pull location. In this way, the described systems and techniques can reduce engineering time and improve the accuracy of the tuning process.

    Abstract: A voltage regulator, an operation method thereof, and a voltage regulating system, and a mobile vehicle are provided. The voltage regulator coupled to an alternator and a battery includes a voltage detection unit which is coupled to the alternator and a startup assisting unit. The voltage detection unit operatively generates an enable signal responsive to an output voltage of the alternator. The startup assisting unit is coupled to the alternator, the battery, and the voltage detection unit. The startup assisting unit operatively generates a first exciting current to excite a rotor coil according to the enable signal. When the voltage detection unit detects that the output voltage is greater than a predetermined voltage threshold, the voltage detection unit outputs the enable signal causing the startup assisting unit to generate the first exciting current to the rotor coil, thereby facilitating the alternator to establish voltage under low rotational speed.

The switching circuits are connected in series and controlled by the first control signal. The power switch is coupled to one of the switching circuits and a rotor coil of the batteryless alternator. The exciting current regulating unit controls the operation of the power switch according to the output voltage of the batteryless alternator. The voltage detection unit detects whether the output voltage is lower than a threshold and selectively cuts off the power switch by sequentially controlling the operations of the switching circuits according to the detection result.

In different differentiation conditions, the human endometriosis cell of the present invention can be differentiated into osteogenic or adipogenic lineage cells.

The voltage regulator further includes an exciting cut-off driver connected to the exciting driver and the voltage built-up/current leakage protection unit so as to cut the exciting driver off in response to the output voltage of the generator built by the voltage built-up/current leakage protection unit.
