Abstract: Disclosed is a shower head having a pressure device formed of a vane wheel, which is rotated to give a pressure to the intake flow of water when water is guided into the shower head. The shower head comprises a casing, which has a water inlet pipe for receiving water from a water source, a spray face plate mounted in the casing for spraying water out of the casing for shower bath, a perforated cover plate covering the casing to hold the spray face member in plate, and a pressure device mounted inside the casing and adapted to give pressure to water passing through the casing toward the spray face plate.

Abstract: Disclosed is an economic abdomen stretching exerciser, which includes two upright foot members arranged in parallel on the floor, a pivot shaft horizontally pivotally coupled between the upright foot members and spaced above the floor at a distance, a swinging backboard with two handlebars affixed to the pivot shaft for turning with the backboard relative to the foot members and for supporting the user sitting on the floor, and return springs for returning the pivot shaft and the backboard after the pivot shaft having been biased.
