  • Patent number: 11982798
Abstract: A projection lens includes a first lens group, a second lens group and an aperture stop. The first lens group is disposed between a reduced side and a magnified side. The second lens is disposed between the first lens group and the magnified side. The second lens group has a light incident surface, a reflective surface and a light emitting surface, the light incident surface faces the first lens group, the light emitting surface faces a projection surface, the light incident surface, the light emitting surface and the first lens group are disposed at a single side of the reflective surface, and at least one of the light incident surface, the reflective surface and the light emitting surface is a freeform surface. The aperture stop is disposed between the first lens group and the second lens group. Moreover, a projection apparatus including the projection lens is also provided.

  • Patent number: 11961769
Abstract: A method of forming an integrated circuit, including forming a n-type doped well (N-well) and a p-type doped well (P-well) disposed side by side on a semiconductor substrate, forming a first fin active region extruded from the N-well and a second fin active region extruded from the P-well, forming a first isolation feature inserted between and vertically extending through the N-well and the P-well, and forming a second isolation feature over the N-well and the P-well and laterally contacting the first and the second fin active regions.

  • Patent number: 6687111
Abstract: An electromagnetic mark device for any type of magnetism encoder applies the electric current magnetic field as the electromagnetic mark thereof. The electromagnetic mark device comprises an insulated base plate and a thin lead wire. The thin lead wire is fixed to the insulated base plate. It is characterized in that the thin lead wire is laid out on the base plate as a circuit in a way of providing a continuously twisted and turned shape with a constant pitch. Hence, alternate magnetic marks are formed with continuous magnetic poles N·S·N·S once the current passes the lead wire. The electromagnetic mark device can be adapted to a linear ruler or a rotary dial in the magnetism encoder to detect a relative displacement, velocity and angular velocity of a moving object so that the present invention can offer more stable signals and more accurate detection of location with being fabricated more easily.

  • Patent number: 6680688
Abstract: A measuring system and method of detecting an object distance by transmission media with different wave velocities are described. The measuring system has a computer, a primary detector and a secondary detector. The primary detector is connected to the computer through bus communication and the secondary detector connected to the primary one through two different transmission media. The primary detector is able to receive separately a first signal and a second signal emitted simultaneously from the secondary detector through the transmission media. Moreover, the first signal has light-speed and the second signal has sound-speed. To calculate the distance between the objects which the primary and the secondary detector are attached respectively. The delay time of second signal and the wave velocity of the supersonic media are multiplied.
