  • Patent number: 11942750
Abstract: A laser inspection system is provided. A laser source emits a laser with a first spectrum and the laser is transmitted by a first optical fiber. A gain optical fiber doped with special ions is connected to the first optical fiber, and a light detector is provided around the gain optical fiber. When the laser with the first spectrum passes through the gain optical fiber, the gain optical fiber absorbs part of the energy level of the laser with the first spectrum, so that the laser with the first spectrum is converted to generate light with a second spectrum based on the frequency conversion phenomenon. The light detector detects the intensity of the light with the second spectrum, so that the power of the laser source can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 10166660
Abstract: A screw locking control system includes a host, a control unit controlled by the host, an electric screw driver and a holder. The control unit includes a processor, a voltage detecting module, a power outlet for providing electricity to the electric screw driver, and a lighting signal control module electrically connected to a plurality of indicator lamps of the holder. As a result, the control unit can turn on the indicator lamps sequentially via the light signal control module, guiding operators to carry out each screw locking operation and detecting a voltage variance of the electric screw driver to determine whether each screw locking operation is qualified. Thus, the quality of the manufacturing process is consistently maintained.

  • Publication number: 20090250504
Abstract: A solder applying apparatus includes a tray body having a base portion and a surrounding portion extending from a periphery of the base portion, cooperating with the base portion to define a solder-accommodating space therebetween for receiving a solder material therein, and having a top end distal from the base portion. The base portion has an inner wall confining a bottom side of the solder-accommodating space. The inner wall of the base portion is divided into a plurality of parallel planar regions. Each of the planar regions cooperates with an adjacent one of the planar regions to define a step therebetween so as to permit the planar regions to have different depths relative to the top end of the surrounding portion.

  • Patent number: 6261191
Abstract: A grip tape for wrapping a handle for enhancing the shock absorption and traction of the handle comprises an elongate tape having a bottom, a left side, a right side, and a top having an outer surface for gripping. The top of the tape includes a first material having a top comprising a part of the outer surface and a second material, different from the first material, having a top also comprising a part of the outer surface. Preferably, the first material is a more cushioning material than the second material and the top of the first material is higher than the top of the second material. In another embodiment, in lateral cross section, the first material is central and the second material is disposed to both sides. Typical materials, listed in order of first material to second material, include: thermoplastic rubber, polyurethane (synthetic leather), leather, synthetic cork, and sandpaper. Three or more materials can be used.

  • Patent number: 5851632
Abstract: A grip tape 11 for applying to a handle 94 generally comprises an elongate tape having a top portion 60 comprised of shock absorbing and compressible material, such as polyurethane, bonded to a shock absorbing bottom portion 90, such as of open-pored textile material, such as of felt. The top includes a central portion 62, a right densified portion 70 adjacent the right side 50 and a left densified portion 80 adjacent the left side 40. Preferably, the tops 75, 85 of densified portions 70, 80 are below the top 65 of the central portion 62 by at least 10% of the thickness of the tape. Preferably, bottom bevels 77, 87 underlie densified portions 70, 80. Tape 11 is spiral wrapped around handle 94 such that right side 50 overlies top 85 of left densified portion 80 of the previous turn, preferably such that top 75 of right densified portion 70 is disposed below top 65 of central portion 62 of the succeeding wrap.
