  • Publication number: 20240145398
Abstract: A carrier structure is provided, in which at least one positioning area is defined on a chip-placement area of a package substrate, and at least one alignment portion is disposed on the positioning area. Therefore, the precision of manufacturing the alignment portion is improved by disposing the positioning area on the chip-placement area, such that the carrier structure can provide a better alignment mechanism for the chip placement operation.

  • Publication number: 20240072115
Abstract: A device includes: a complementary transistor including: a first transistor having a first source/drain region and a second source/drain region; and a second transistor stacked on the first transistor, and having a third source/drain region and a fourth source/drain region, the third source/drain region overlapping the first source/drain region, the fourth source/drain region overlapping the second source/drain region. The device further includes: a first source/drain contact electrically coupled to the third source/drain region; a second source/drain contact electrically coupled to the second source/drain region; a gate isolation structure adjacent the first and second transistors; and an interconnect structure electrically coupled to the first source/drain contact and the second source/drain contact.

  • Patent number: 8354511
Abstract: A method is provided for purifying protein having steps of loading a sample containing proteins into a column containing an ion exchanger in a first direction to allow the ion exchanger to absorb proteins; and passing a salt solution through the column in a second direction opposite to the first direction to elute a target protein from the ion exchanger. The method is proven as capable of improving homogeneity of eluted target protein without combining minute and complicated techniques for protein purification. Therefore, the method is convenient, efficient and economic for purifying proteins.

  • Publication number: 20020092276
Abstract: In a document delivery method and system, a sending computer is adapted to be operated by a sending party to send out an electronic document. A receiving unit, which is situated at a mail delivery service provider, is operable so as to establish a network connection with the sending computer so as to receive the electronic document therefrom. A printing unit is coupled to the receiving unit, receives the electronic document from the receiving unit, and makes a printed document that corresponds to the electronic document. An enveloping unit is operable so as to wrap the printed document in enveloping material. A conveying unit, which is disposed between the printing unit and the enveloping unit, is responsible for conveying the printed document from the printing unit to the enveloping unit.
