  • Publication number: 20240105642
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a package structure at least includes the following steps. An encapsulant laterally is formed to encapsulate the die and the plurality of through vias. A plurality of first connectors are formed to electrically connect to first surfaces of the plurality of through vias. A warpage control material is formed over the die, wherein the warpage control material is disposed to cover an entire surface of the die. A protection material is formed over the encapsulant and around the plurality of first connectors and the warpage control material. A coefficient of thermal expansion of the protection material is less than a coefficient of thermal expansion of the encapsulant.

  • Patent number: 7523749
Abstract: A pneumatic gun includes a barrel with a piston unit movably received therein and a handle is connected to the barrel. A chamber, an inlet passage, a communication path, a release path and a free area between the communication path and the release path are defined in the handle. An inlet is defined between the inlet passage and the free area. A neck opening is defined between the chamber and the free area. The communication path communicates with the interior, and the release path communicates with the chamber. A valve unit is received in the chamber and includes a movable part which is reciprocally movable in the inlet, free area and the chamber. A distal end of the movable part is located not below a lowest periphery of the inlet when the valve unit is activated by pulling the trigger.

  • Patent number: 7225960
Abstract: A locking device for preventing the movable plate from disengaging from the fixed portion of the magazine includes a substantially V-shaped lever which includes an operation end, a contact end and a pivotable end which is located between the operation end and the contact end. The contact end extends through a port of the fixed portion and located beside a stop extending from the movable plate so as to stop the movable plate from moving away from the nose. A biasing member is bent to be substantially V-shaped and contacting an inside of a section between the operation end and the pivotable end and an outside of the fixed portion. The contact end can be moved away from the stop by pivoting the operation end about the pivotable end so that the movable plate can be slidably disengaged from the fixed portion to reload staples.

  • Publication number: 20060273130
Abstract: A pneumatic nailer includes a barrel with a nose portion connected to a front end thereof and a magazine is connected to the barrel so as to feed nails into the nose portion. A handle is connected to the barrel and a valve is received in the handle. The valve has a movable shaft which is in contact with a trigger and biased by a first spring. A safety link is movably connected to the barrel and located parallel to the nose portion. The safety link has a front end located shorter than the nose portion and a rear end of the safety link is pivotably connected to a first end of the trigger. The first end of the trigger is movable toward the nose portion relative to the movable shaft. A second spring biases the safety link in a direction that the safety link linearly moves. The front end of the safety link is shorter than the nose portion so that the user aims the object without interruption by the safety link.

  • Publication number: 20030024519
Abstract: A pneumatic toy gun includes a first passage has a movable tube for pushing a bullet therein, and a second passage. An air path is defined between the two passages. The second passage is separated by a separating member into two partitions and one of the partitions is connected with an air hose and the other partition has an movable impact member which is connected to the tube. A spring is biased to the impact member. The separating member has an aperture communicating with the air path. The air pressure assists the tube to be pulled back after each shooting so that the toy gun can be fired continuously without pulling the cocking piece on the impact member after each shooting.
