The displaying device may be received in the cushioning pad without occupying any space of the passenger vehicle and without affecting the seating or the movement of the passengers in the passenger vehicle.

Abstract: A displayer mounting device includes a receptacle for attaching to a vehicle and for acting as a headrest for the vehicle, a display, and a moving device for moving the display relative to the receptacle, to selectively move the display out of the receptacle for operating purpose, or for selectively moving the display into the receptacle for storing purpose. A housing is slidably received in the receptacle for supporting the display. A driving device may be used to move the housing relative to the receptacle. The display is preferably pivotally attached to the housing with an axle. The receptacle includes one or more stops for limiting the housing to slide relative to the receptacle.

A satellite positioning or locating device and a radar detector are coupled to the GSM device, to show position of the vehicle in the displayer. A camera device may further be coupled to the GSM device, to shoot environment of the vehicle to the displayer. The image taken by the camera device may be alternatively shown in the displayer, for allowing the driver to clear know the environment behind the vehicle.

Abstract: A device includes a pair of arms attached to a housing for securing a portable phone to vehicles, a circuit board received in the housing and having two or more couplers for coupling to a microphone, a speaker, and for allowing the users to speak and to receive the phones without carrying the portable phone. The portable phone may be easily and readily attached to the vehicle and electrically coupled to the electric power of vehicle with a plug which may be secured to the housing with a universal joint. Various adapters may be used to selectively couple to different phones.
