The plurality of recesses extend into a semiconductor material of the substrate.

    Abstract: A LED decorative lighting is provided. A lamp holder has a case. The light guide module includes a stand connected to the case and an outer light pipe as well as a central light pipe. The outer light pipe is a hollow cylinder and surrounds an inner space, and the central light pipe is in the inner space. A light module is disposed in the case. The light module includes a LED substrate and multiple LED chips disposed on the LED substrate. The LED chips include at least one outer LED chip arranged correspondingly to the outer light pipe and at least one central LED chip arranged correspondingly to the central light pipe. Thereby, the illumination angle and the illumination area are increased.

    Abstract: A power supply module (70) is applied to a rectifier (40), a switching apparatus (10) and an energy saving lamp (52). The power supply module (70) includes a power processing unit (742) and a state potential unit (744). The power processing unit (742) outputs a required power to the energy saving lamp (52). The state potential unit (744) is configured to provide the power processing unit (742) with a normal state potential required in a normal operation of the power processing unit (742), or the state potential unit (744) is configured to respond to an abnormal state potential in an abnormal operation of the power processing unit (742). The power supply module (70) can be applied to the switching apparatus (10) which has low cost and low power consumption and high reliability.

    Abstract: A lamp structure capable of switching light-emitting mode includes a carrying base (1), a light-guiding pillar (2), at least one LED (3), a fluorescent lamp (4) and a control module (5). The light-guiding pillar (2) is mounted on the carrying base (1). The LED (3) is correspondingly arranged to the light-guiding pillar (2). The fluorescent lamp (4) is fixed to the carrying base (1) and surrounds an external periphery of the light-guiding pillar (2). The control module (5) is used to switch power-on or power-off of the LED (3) and the fluorescent lamp (4). Accordingly, the fluorescent lamp (4) and the LED (3) are prevented from limiting light-emitting performance with each other, such that overall light-emitting efficiency and light-emitting performance of the lamp is enhanced.
