  • Patent number: 7423630
Abstract: A signal input apparatus includes a hand-held device and a receiving device. The hand-held device includes a sensor for outputting a signal, a first data port coupled to the sensor, and a wireless signal transmitter coupled to the sensor. The receiving device includes a second data port and a wireless signal receiver. When the receiving device and the hand-held device are separated, the hand-held device outputs the signal through the wireless signal transmitter, and the receiving device receives the signal through the wireless signal receiver. When the receiving device and the hand-held device are integrated, the first data port and the second data port are electrically connected, the hand-held device outputs the signal through the first data port and the receiving device receives the signal through the second data port.

  • Patent number: 7423632
Abstract: A mouse with a built-in laser pointer including a mouse body, a first holding portion, a second holding portion, a laser source and a laser-emitting button is provided. Both the first holding portion and the second holding portion are pivotally connected to the mouse body. The laser source is disposed on either the first or the second holding portion. The laser-emitting button disposed on one of the mouse body, the first and the second holding portions activates the laser source. When the first and the second holding portions are parallel, the mouse with a built-in laser pointer controls a cursor's movement on a computer screen. When the first holding portion and the second holding portion are relatively open, the user can hold either the first or the second holding portion for operating the laser-emitting button for the laser source to emit laser beams.

  • Patent number: 7379051
Abstract: A foldable computer mouse including a mouse body, a sensor and an extension part is disclosed. The bottom of the mouse body includes a receiving space and a contact surface, and the sensor is disposed on the contact surface of the bottom of the mouse body. The extension part is pivotally connected to one side of the mouse body and adjacent to the receiving space. When the extension part rotates outwards to a predetermined location, the contact surface between the foldable computer mouse and users is increased. Yet when the extension part rotates inwards to the inside of the receiving space, the size of the foldable computer mouse is reduced for easy storage. When the extension part rotates outwards to the predetermined location, users can operate the foldable computer mouse, and when the extension part rotates inside the receiving space, users can operate the foldable computer mouse as well.

  • Publication number: 20060186282
Abstract: An electronic device. The electronic device comprises a body, a first supporting member, a second supporting member, and a third supporting member. The body is abutted the first supporting member. The second supporting member is detachably connected to the first supporting member, forming a first angle. The third supporting member is detachably connected to the second supporting member, forming a second angle. The electronic device is selectively positioned upright on a horizontal plane or hung on a vertical plane. The first and second supporting members are connected to support the body in an upright position on a horizontal plane. When the first, second, and third supporting members are connected to form a hook for hanging on the vertical plane, the first supporting member is engaged with the body such that the body is hung on the vertical surface.

  • Publication number: 20050179659
Abstract: A mouse device includes a mouse body and a scrolling wheel. The mouse body has a front curved surface, a rear curved surface and a bottom. The bevel and a rear edge of the front curved surface are respectively connected to the bottom and the rear curved surface. The included angle of the front curved surface and the bottom is between 45 and 70 degrees. The scrolling wheel is disposed on the bevel. When operating the mouse device, the user uses an index finger and a portion connecting the index finger and the palm to form an arch atop of the front curved surface and the rear curved surface, thus the mouse body is largely under the index finger. The user can tilt the mouse body for the first scrolling wheel to contact with a working surface and scroll a monitor's screen frame.
