Patent number: 9059525Abstract: A pin structure of an RJ connector includes a base and eight pins. The eight pins includes a first pin, a second pin, a third pin, a fourth pin, a fifth pin, a sixth pin, a seventh pin and an eighth pin. One end of each pin has a contact part, and the contact parts are aligned in sequence. The other end of each pin is bent to form an inserting part, and the inserting parts are embedded in the base. The distance between the inserting parts of the third and sixth pins is smaller than the distance between the contact parts thereof. An RJ connector module and an RJ connector system with the pin structure are also disclosed. The pin structure is advantageous for decreasing cross-talk and insertion loss generated in the RJ connector, and further increasing the signal definition and accuracy.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 2013Date of Patent: June 16, 2015Assignee: DELTA ELECTRONICS, INC.Inventors: Chin-Chung Tai, Hua-Sheng Shih

Publication number: 20110140823Abstract: A transformer module includes at least one first casing, at least one second casing and at least one transformer. The first casing has a first receptacle. A protrusion structure is formed on an inner wall of the first receptacle. The second casing is accommodated within the first receptacle. The second casing includes plural winding terminals and a second receptacle. An angle of at least one outer-corner of the second casing is non-right angle so that the protrusion structure and the outer-corner define foolproof structures for limiting the install direction of the second case. The transformer is accommodated within the second receptacle. The transformer includes a magnetic core and at least one coil wound on the magnetic core. Both terminals of the coil are connected to respective winding terminals.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 26, 2010Publication date: June 16, 2011Applicant: DELTA ELECTRONICS, INC.Inventors: Chi-Kai Lin, Hua-Sheng Shih, Gang Zeng, Chang-Dong Cao, Xiao-Pei Wang
