Abstract: The present invention provides a genus of polycyclic amines that are useful as opioid receptor modulators. The compounds of the invention are useful in both therapeutic and diagnostic methods, including for treating pain, neurological disorders, cardiac disorders, bowel disorders, drug and alcohol addiction, drug overdose, urinary disorders, respiratory disorders, sexual dysfunction, psoriasis, graft rejection or cancer.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for controlling a velocity of an autonomous driving vehicle is provided. The method includes steps of: obtaining information of an environment surrounding the vehicle when an obstacle is detected to be on a planning path of the vehicle; obtaining an initial reference velocity profile of the vehicle; determining a safety factor based on the initial reference velocity profile, the information of the environment and information of the vehicle, wherein the safety factor at least comprises a safety distance between the vehicle and the obstacle for the vehicle to follow the obstacle; determining an optimized reference velocity profile based on the information of the environment, the information of the vehicle and the safety factor; and performing the step of determining the safety factor by using the optimized reference velocity profile as the initial reference velocity profile and the step of determining the optimized reference velocity iteratively.

Two symmetric tabs are provided at an upper opening of an inner cup, the tabs each are provided with a tab clamping portion, accommodation regions recessed inward in a radial direction and shaped as a notch are symmetrically formed on an external thread of the outer jar, and an outer jar clamping portion is respectively provided at the accommodation regions. When the tabs are bent downward, the tab clamping portion can be clamped in the outer jar clamping portion to connect the inner cup into the outer jar. After materials in the original inner cup is used up, the empty inner cup can be taken out by releasing the connection between the tab clamping portion and the outer jar clamping portion, and a replacement inner cup is placed and fastened in the outer jar.

The method may comprise acquiring ultrasound images of the subject with a catheter comprising a position sensor. The method may also comprise capturing a plurality of 4D surface registration points in the acquired ultrasound images corresponding to points on the subject. The method may also comprise registering, in space and time, a high-resolution 4D model of the subject with the plurality of 4D surface registration points. The method may also comprise displaying high resolution, real-time images of the subject during a medical procedure based on the registration of the high resolution 4D model to the 4D surface registration points. Embodiments of the present invention are especially useful in left atrium ablation procedures.

Abstract: The present application provides a therapeutic combination of a quinoline derivative and an antibody, which comprises an immune checkpoint inhibitor and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, wherein the tyrosine kinase inhibitor is a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The therapeutic combination in the present application shows good activity against lung tumor and liver tumor.

In certain embodiments, this improved CLI can provide a CLI command definition language that enables developers, users, and/or other entities to define CLI commands in a straightforward and flexible manner, create optimized parse graphs based on the CLI command definitions, and employ an efficient algorithm for traversing a parse graph at, e.g., CLI runtime in order to parse an input text string and match that string to a valid CLI command.

The controllers form a cluster that is able to elect one of the controllers as a master controller with the others being follower controllers. The elected controller updates, responsive to being elected the master controller, state information in a system database of the elected controller to indicate that the elected one of the controllers is the master controller. The master controller includes one or more objects that are enabled in reaction to the state information, and which coordinate replication of changes to the data, system database, and state information from the master to the follower controllers. Each follower controller includes one or more objects able to, in reaction to the state information, disable initiation of the replication of changes to the data, system database and state information by the one or more objects in each follower controller.

Each controller of the plurality of controllers is configured to access a filesystem having a plurality of files including a system database of a controller having state information of the plurality of controllers. Each controller is further configured to have one or more service agents. The one or more service agents of each controller is configured to respond to one of the plurality of controllers becoming a master controller of the cluster. The one or more service agents of each controller is configured to set up one or more objects that react to the state information and coordinate replication of changes to the files, system database and state information from the master controller to follower controllers in the cluster. The one or more objects on each of the follower controllers is supportive of the follower controllers receiving the changes but disabled from initiating the replication. A method for cluster file replication is also provided.
