A trusted terminal directly collects two-way electricity quantity data of an energy storage station, and distributes the two-way electricity quantity data to a blockchain; and a consensus node of a power-consuming enterprise and a consensus node of an energy storage station investment operator in the blockchain perform consensus calculation on the two-way electricity quantity data, and write the two-way electricity quantity data into the blockchain after reaching a consensus. The two-way electricity quantity data is accurate and cannot be tampered with, ensuring authenticity of the two-way electricity quantity data.
