    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a neural network-based method for calibration and localization of an indoor inspection robot. The method includes the following steps: presetting positions for N label signal sources capable of transmitting radio frequency (RF) signals; computing an actual path of the robot according to numbers of signal labels received at different moments; computing positional information moved by the robot at a tth moment, and computing a predicted path at the tth moment according to the positional information; establishing an odometry error model with the neural network and training the odometry error model; and inputting the predicted path at the tth moment to a well-trained odometry error model to obtain an optimized predicted path. The present disclosure maximizes the localization accuracy for the indoor robot by minimizing the error of the odometer with the odometry calibration method.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a wide spectrum multi-band detection structure with selective absorption enhancement and its preparation method. The structure comprises a plurality of sub-pixel units capable of detecting incident light in different bands. Each sub-pixel unit is composed of a square well-shaped microstructure array and a metal lower electrode (2), a photosensitive layer (3) and an upper electrode (4) on the surface thereof. The size and array spacing of square well-shaped microstructures in different sub-pixel units are determined according to the detection bands of the sub-pixel units where they are located. The upper openings of the square well-shaped microstructures are hollow to form a resonant cavity, and the adjacent square well-shaped microstructures in the same sub-pixel unit form a resonant cavity, thus solving the problem that the detector structure in the prior art cannot simultaneously realize visible light-near infrared multi-band absorption enhancement detection.

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide systems and methods for training a sequential recommendation model. Methods include determining a difficulty and quality (DQ) score associated with user behavior sequences from a training dataset. User behavior sequences are sampled during training based on their DQ scores. A meta-extrapolator may also be trained based on user behavior sequences sampled according to DQ score. The meta-extrapolator may be trained with high quality low difficulty sequences. The meta-extrapolator may then be used with an input of high quality high difficulty sequences to generate synthetic user behavior sequences. The synthetic user behavior sequences may be used to augment the training dataset to fine-tune the sequential recommendation model, while continuing to sample user behavior sequences based on DQ score. As the DQ score is based on current model predictions, DQ scores iteratively update during the training process.
