Abstract: The light-emitting device includes a substrate, a light-emitting chip unit formed on the substrate and including multiple chips, an isolation groove extending in a first direction and separating two adjacent ones of the chips, and a bridging structure. The isolation groove is defined by a bottom and two sidewalls and has a first groove section and a second groove section arranged in the first direction. The first groove section has a width in a width direction perpendicular to the first direction that is greater than a width of the second groove section in the width direction. At the first groove section, one of the sidewalls has a curved portion. The bridging structure is formed on the bottom and the sidewalls, covers the curved portion, and electrically connects the two adjacent ones of the chips.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a high step-down modular DC power supply, belonging to the field of power electronics technology, and the high step-down modular DC power supply includes an upper modular cascade circuit string, a lower modular cascade circuit string, a load, and an input source, where the upper modular cascade circuit string includes i upper sub-module circuits, and the lower modular cascade circuit string includes j lower sub-module circuits. A combination manner of module circuits includes: upper module string cascading, lower module string cascading, and hybrid cascading of the upper module string and the lower module string. The power supply is formed to be a high voltage step-down ratio power supply with high voltage direct current input and low voltage direct current output through modular cascading.

The epitaxial structure includes, along a first direction from the first surface to the surface, a first-type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second-type semiconductor layer including a capping layer. The capping layer includes at least Ni number of sub-layers arranged in the first direction, where N1?2. Each of the sub-layers of the capping layer contains a material represented by Aly1Ga1-y1InP, where 0<y1?1. The capping layer has an Al content which increases and then remains constant along the first direction. A light-emitting apparatus includes the light-emitting device is also provided.

The method includes mixing an organic framework, a small molecular organic acid and a solvent, adding a polar aqueous solution containing a substrate thereto, mixing the above uniformly and heating the system at a low temperature under an inert atmosphere, filtering the solution to obtain precipitates, washing and drying the precipitates to obtain a COF film grown on a surface of the substrate; coating a protective layer on the COF film to obtain a substrate/COF/protective layer film; etching off the substrate to obtain a COF/protective layer film; and transferring the COF/protective layer film to a surface of the electrode, and removing the protective layer.

Abstract: A back roller includes a roller body and a wear-resistant layer. The roller body has an axis and a roll surface disposed around the axis. The wear-resistant layer covers the roll surface. Vickers hardness (H) of the wear-resistant layer is 800 HV?H?1400 HV. The roll surface is covered by the wear-resistant layer, and the Vickers hardness (H) of the wear-resistant layer is controlled to be between 800 HV and 1400 HV, so that the roll surface is effectively protected, and wear resistance of the roll surface is improved. In this way, the wear-resistant layer is in direct contact with a material during operation, thereby effectively reducing an abrasion loss on the roll surface and extending the service life of the roll surface.

The present application can well solve the problems that in a browser the version of the Webbrowser kernel lags, the security thereof is poor, and it does not support a non-Microsoft platform, as well as the problems of a high technical threshold, difficult upgrade, an oversized installation package, etc. resulting from directly using the webkit kernel.
