Abstract: A permanent magnet synchronous motor with an integrated pump body and its preparation method are provided. The preparation method comprises: 1) performing an injection molding process for the first time on a coil, which is wound on a coil former, to form a coil sealing part for sealing the coil; 2) assembling an iron core in the sealed coil and performing the injection molding process for the second time on them to form a pump body part with a rotor barrel, wherein the rotor barrel is formed by conducting the injection molding process based on the iron core, and an isolating thin layer is formed at a polar arc part of the iron core to isolate the iron core from a rotor cavity in the rotor barrel. A good electromagnetic property of the motor is ensured and the water leakage problem is solved.

Abstract: An electronic toilet and method of controlling the same. The electronic toilet includes a controller, a water spraying cleaner, a water chiller having a cold-water outlet pipe and a cold-water electromagnetic valve disposed on the cold-water outlet pipe, a water heater having a hot-water outlet pipe and a hot-water electromagnetic valve disposed on the hot-water outlet pipe, and a booster water pump. A water inlet of the booster water pump is connected to a confluent water outlet pipe of the water chiller through a water outlet pipe of the cold-water electromagnetic valve and the water heater through a water outlet pipe of the hot-water electromagnetic valve. A water outlet of the booster water pump is connected to the water spraying cleaner.

Abstract: A permanent-magnet synchronous motor of a draining pump is disclosed. It includes a permanent-magnet rotor for driving an impeller to rotate, a pump body for supporting the permanent-magnet rotor, a stator core and a stator coil. Among which, the stator coil is constructed with an enamelled aluminum wire winding which is coiled by an enamelled aluminum wire and sealed in a container. The invention applies the enamelled aluminum wire to the permanent-magnet synchronous motor of a draining pump. The winding of the stator coil and a welding part of its lead-out wire are sealed with plastic or epoxy resin which effectively isolate them from outside air, especially damp air. Therefore, the invention prevent the enamelled aluminum wire winding of the stator coil and the welding part of its lead-out wire from being oxidized in air and being corroded by the moisture, acid or alkaline matter in damp air.

A stopping rib extends inwardly from an internal wall of the holding chamber of the impeller. The shaft sleeve includes a tubular body with a starting rib extending laterally from the body. During operation of the pump, the starting rib interferes with the stopping rib. A number of shock absorbing pads are disposed between the starting rib and the stopping rib and maintained thereat by a notch and ridge association that extends along each rib and pad. The pump includes a space that allows rotation of the starting rib relative to the stopping rib which provides unloaded starting of the pump.
