The method includes receiving, by a target evolution NodeB (T-eNB), identity information sent from a user equipment (UE), the identity information being allocated to the UE by a source evolution NodeB (S-eNB); and sending, by the T-eNB, parameters to the UE if identity information, matching the received identity information sent from the UE, is available in the T-eNB, wherein the parameters are allocated to the UE. The apparatus includes a receiving module and a sending module.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and apparatuses for monitoring a system bus. The method includes: performing, by a monitoring apparatus, real-time monitoring on a corresponding system bus, and when detecting that a command is transmitted through the system bus, obtaining command information; determining, according to the command information, whether a command transmission exception occurs in the system bus; if no command transmission exception occurs in the system bus, when detecting that data corresponding to the command is transmitted through the system bus, determining, according to the data and the amount of the data, whether a command exception occurs in the system bus; and when detecting that a response message corresponding to the command is transmitted through the system bus, obtaining a command wait time of the command, and determining, according to the command wait time, whether a timeout exception occurs in the system bus.

Abstract: According to the invention, a device for post-processing at least one channel signal of a plurality of channel signals of a multi-channel signal is described, the at least one channel signal being generated from a decoded downmix signal by a low-bit-rate audio coding/decoding system, the device comprising: a receiver for receiving the at least one channel signal generated from the decoded downmix signal, a time envelope of the decoded downmix signal, an interchannel time difference between the channel signal and the downmix signal, and a classification indication indicating a transient type of the downmix signal; and a post-processor for post-processing the at least one channel signal based on the time envelope of the decoded downmix signal weighted by a respective weighting factor and in dependence on the classification indication and the interchannel time difference.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, apparatus and system for implementing routing aggregation, which relate to communication field, and solve the problem that too many routings advertised on the DHCPv6 relay agent leads to huge number of routing table entries of the backbone network. The technical solution of the present invention comprises: sending a message to a dynamic host configuration protocol DHCPv6 relay agent, such that the DHCPv6 relay agent generates an aggregation routing of requesting router prefix routings according to the message; wherein the message comprises information about a prefix pool which assigns address prefixes to the requesting routers access to the DHCPv6 relay agent or aggregation routing destination address information generated according to the information about the prefix pool. The method, apparatus and system for implementing routing aggregation may be applied in DHCPv6 network constructions.

The present invention includes: receiving, by a mobile device, a first notification message that indicates release of a default bearer and is sent by a core network, where the first notification message includes a first default bearer that is allocated to the mobile device and already released by the core network; determining, by the mobile device and according to the first default bearer, address information corresponding to the first default bearer; and sending, by the mobile device and to a terminal device, a second notification message indicating address information invalidation, where the second notification message includes the address information invalidation indication information and the address information corresponding to the first default bearer, so that the terminal device deletes the address information corresponding to the first default bearer.

The method comprising: obtaining a master sending time stamp, a slave receiving time stamp, a slave sending time stamp, and a master receiving time stamp; and adjusting the time of the slave clock according to the offset calculated from the time stamps to synchronize with the clock time of the master clock. With the present invention, in passband transmission systems that transmit signals continuously in units of symbols, the time synchronization is implemented between the master clock and the slave clock.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method, device and system for solving channel collision, which are applied to a Long Term Evaluation Advanced (LTE-A) system. The method includes: receiving control information transmitted by a base station; transmitting uplink data to the base station according to the control information; and receiving decoding results on the uplink data from the base station, and determining the resource location of a Physical Hybrid ARQ Indicator Channel (PHICH) according to the control information, thereby determining the decoding result corresponding to a User Equipment (UE) itself. The implementation of the embodiments of the present invention can avoid the problem of collision the channel resources of the PHICH determined by the UE when the LTE-A has to be compatible with the LTE.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a system for antenna alignment. In the method and the system for antenna alignment in embodiments of the present invention, a strength value of an electromagnetic wave signal is determined in a receiving direction of an antenna to be aligned, and is displayed, so that a user performs an antenna alignment operation according to a display value, thereby improving precision in antenna alignment, and reducing difficulty and a cost in antenna alignment.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for controlling task execution are disclosed in the present invention which relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, addressing the problem that power consumption of a terminal in standby mode is wasted because tasks of the terminal in a standby state are fixed and corresponding time periods cannot be flexibly set for different tasks. Abstract: A method for sharing network resources includes: setting a sharing group based on service types in the process of setting up a bearer and determining a maximum network resource for the sharing group; and allocating a resource for the bearer in the range of the maximum network resource. The present invention also provides a system and an apparatus for sharing network resources. The embodiments of the present invention implement the sharing of a maximum transmission rate among multiple bearers in an evolved network, solve the problem of low network resource utilization caused by the fact that each bearer occupies a fixed bandwidth resource, and implement maximum utilization of network resources.

The method includes: obtaining, from a receiver and a transmitter, parameters for calculating power consumption of the transmitter; calculating, according to the parameters, the power consumption of the transmitter under various combinations of modulation orders and coding rates supported by the transmitter; and selecting a bitwidth, modulation order, and coding rate corresponding to minimum power consumption of the transmitter to code and modulate data sent to the receiver. The method includes: in a process of activating a minimization of drive tests MDT task, checking, by a network element, a consent type of a user corresponding to a selected terminal; sending a MDT task activation command to the selected terminal according to a check result of the consent type; after receiving measured data reported by the selected terminal, performing an operation according to a check result of the consent type. In embodiments of the present invention, check on user consent is implemented in a network detection process, thereby avoiding a case that a user equipment is forced to report personal information without permission of the user and improving the user experience.

The method provided in the present invention includes: recognizing a terminal that needs optimization processing; according to a degree of influencing a network handover performance indicator or network load performance indicator by each terminal that needs optimization processing, performing handover priority sorting on the terminal that needs optimization processing to obtain a sorted handover priority result; according to the sorted handover priority result, and based on a configuration rule that a smaller handover parameter value is configured for a terminal with a higher handover priority, configuring a handover parameter for the terminal that needs optimization processing; and sending the handover parameter to a corresponding terminal.
