  • Patent number: 9689635
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for prevention of the tensioning of a firing pin spring in the disarming of a hammerless self-loading pistol (1) provided with a lock slide (7), wherein the device can assume a disarming position and a locking position, with: a spring-loadable firing pin (17) with a lug (17a) formed on it for active engagement with a sear (19), which in the cocking position for cocking the firing pin spring protrudes into the path of motion of the lug (17a) and in the disarming position is disengaged from the lug (17a), a trigger bar (27) coupled with a trigger which in the disarming position disengages the sear (19) from the lug (17a), and is characterized by a disarming shaft (15), which in the disarming position enables a movement of the trigger (5) and thus the trigger bar (27) to the front, and a disconnector bar (21) that can be coupled to the trigger bar (27), said disconnector bar being impacted in the disarming position by the lock slide (7) moved to the front and as a result operati

  • Patent number: 6457271
Abstract: A magazine safety is provided for a semi-automatic firearm having a frame with a magazine well, a magazine, and a firing mechanism that includes a trigger bar. The magazine safety includes a latch and a latch bias. When the magazine is not received within the magazine well, the latch bias biases the latch into engagement with the trigger bar, thereby preventing the actuation of the firing mechanism via the trigger bar. Inserting the magazine completely into the magazine well causes the magazine to disengage the latch from the trigger bar, thereby preventing the latch from impeding movement of the trigger bar.

  • Patent number: 5799434
Abstract: A firearm conversion system for firearms having a pivoted hammer. The conversion system utilizes a plurality of different mode determinating cams which may be alternately mounted upon a shaft, the shaft also supporting the pivoted hammer. The cams each provide a selection among firing modes including safe, fire, single-action and double-action.

  • Patent number: 5635663
Abstract: A firearm, for example a semiautomatic weapon, in particular an automatic pistol, has control elements for controlling several operation or adjustment functions of the weapon. By means of an easily exchangeable functional element, for example a cam disk, it is possible to determine which operation or adjustment function, among all functions made possible by the weapon control elements, the user can set at his weapon. The functional element and/or a component for holding the functional element is designed and arranged in such a way that it can not only be easily fitted in and removed from the firearm not disassembled or only disassembled into its main parts, but also replaced by another type of functional element.

  • Patent number: 5214233
Abstract: In a cocking and loading device (3) for self-loading small firearms which are provided with a bolt movable in their longitudinal direction, in particular for an automatic rifle, with a pivoted cocking lever (4) which extends in its rest position in the longitudinal direction of the weapon and can be transferred into an operating position by lateral pivoting, in said operating position a spring (6) endeavoring to pivot the cocking lever forward and to retain it in the rest position exterts pressure on said cocking lever, a simple construction of the cocking and loading device by means of which the bolt can be displcaed in the cocking direction as well as in the opposite direction and greater safety for the rifleman against injuries during shooting are achieved by the fact that the cocking lever (4) is accomodated in its rest position within the exterior conture of the weapon and is arranged at the bolt directly or by means of an intermediate part.
