The method includes obtaining, by a terminal device, first configuration information; and obtaining, by the terminal device, second configuration information. The first configuration information is used to indicate to transmit a first sidelink transmission channel on a target transmission resource. The second configuration information is used to indicate to transmit a second sidelink transmission channel on the target transmission resource. The method further includes transmitting, by the terminal device, the first sidelink transmission channel or the second sidelink transmission channel on the target transmission resource according to a preset rule.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) feedback method and apparatus, a terminal, and a network device. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, first configuration information; and determining, by the terminal, a HARQ feedback mode for a first service based on the first configuration information. Therefore, it facilitates configuration of the HARQ feedback mode for the first service for the terminal. In addition, since the terminal can feed back HARQ feedback information for the first service to the network device using the HARQ feedback mode for the first service, such that the network device can perform related operations such as retransmission subsequently, it is advantageous in improving communication reliability of the transmission of the first service between the network device and the terminal.

The method comprises: once LBT is successful, sending sidelink control information, wherein the sidelink control information is used to indicate N transmission resources reserved for a first transmission block, and the upper limit value of N is an integer greater than 3. Provided in the embodiments of the present application is a method for indicating transmission resources reserved by a terminal device when performing sidelink transmission on the basis of an unlicensed spectrum. Moreover, the sidelink control information sent by the terminal device may indicate more than three transmission resources, so that the reserved transmission resources may be indicated as much as possible in the sidelink control information.

The method includes that a terminal device receiving first control information sent by a network device. The first control information is used to determine resource information used for repeated sidelink transmission. The method also includes that according to the first control information, the terminal device determining resources used for repeated sidelink transmission.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) and a sidelink resource selection method are provided. The sidelink resource selection method includes performing re-selection for a pre-selected resource indicated for re-evaluation and to be re-selected within 31 slots from another resource, such that a resource can be indicated by a sidelink control information (SCI), and a pre-selected resource is a resource of a selected sidelink grant which has not been identified by a prior SCI. This can solve issues in the prior art, reduce processing complexity, avoid delaying (re)transmissions of data transport block, avoid a complicated resource re-evaluation and/or re-selection, provide a good communication performance, and/or provide high reliability.

Abstract: A user equipment and a method of resource allocation of the same are provided. The method includes performing monitoring on slots of a resource pool, excluding one or more sidelink resources from a candidate resource set in the resource pool, and selecting one or more sidelink resources using a timing based selection from the remaining candidate resource set or a resource selection window in the resource pool. This reduces risk of a pre-selected resource being taken-over or reserved by others and/or allows flexibility in a sidelink control information (SCI) signaling to be able to provide early indication/reservation of future sidelink resources, and subsequently improves overall system performance.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) and a sidelink resource exclusion method are provided. The sidelink resource exclusion method includes identifying a first sidelink resource selected by the UE or reserved by a peer UE in a first slot from a candidate resource set in a resource selection window and in a first sidelink resource pool and excluding the first sidelink resource and/or sidelink subchannels in the first slot from the candidate resource set. This can solve issues in the prior art, increase a number of available resources that can be selected from the remaining candidate resource set, reduce interference to other transmissions in the same sidelink resource pool, reduce probability of transmission (Tx) collisions with other UEs, provide a good communication performance, and/or provide high reliability.

A method implemented by a user equipment (UE) comprising: receiving, from a serving node and via a new radio (NR) radio access network (RAN), at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transport block; determining that a first PDSCH transport block is decoded erroneously during a UE RRC idle state or a UE RRC inactive state; generating a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information report indicating NACK of the first PDSCH transport block; and performing NACK-only reporting to the serving node. When a second PDSCH transport block is decoded correctly or is not decoded, UE determines not generating a HARQ information report indicating an acknowledgement (ACK) of the second PDSCH transport block.
