    Abstract: An apparatus for the gasification and vitrification of waste comprises a plasma arc furnace provided with two movable graphite electrodes. The furnace includes an air-cooled bottom electrode adapted for transferring the current through a slag melt. The furnace is entirely sealed and is also provided with gas tight electrode seals adapted to control reducing conditions inside the furnace. An electrical circuit is further provided, which is adapted for switching from transferred io non-transferred modes of heating, thereby allowing the furnace to be restarted in case of slag freezing.

The bracket is attached to the bracket attachment structure with one edge of the bracket being retained within the recess. The camera is retained between the bracket and the pedestal. The camera has a lens portion that is aligned with the lens receiving opening of the pedestal. The emblem is attached to the exterior surface of the pedestal and is spaced apart from the lens receiving opening.

The pivot axis extends in a vehicle heightwise direction of the exterior vehicle body assembly, and the first and second attachment structures are aligned with each other with the exterior vehicle trim being in the final installed position with respect to the vehicle body panel.
