  • Publication number: 20220163007
Abstract: A single-inlet air intake control structure is connected to an engine of a power system and regulates the intake air quantity of the engine. The single-inlet air intake control structure comprises an air cleaner, a control valve, a throttle valve, a first pipe and a second pipe. The first pipe connects the air cleaner and the control valve. The second pipe connects the control valve and the throttle valve. The air cleaner, the first pipe, the control valve, the second pipe and the throttle valve are connected to form an air intake passage. By structural simplifying, the single-inlet air intake control structure controls the air intake passage within an appropriate length range and thus can lower the cost. Furthermore, the single-inlet air intake control structure can directly regulate the intake air quantity of the engine when the engine operates at either a high or a low speed.

  • Patent number: 8281680
Abstract: A power-augmenting gear structure for an electric car includes a low-speed and power-augmenting transmitting route additionally installed in a gear case, with an output shaft of an electric motor extending in the gear case. The gear case has transmission gears forming conventional normal speed transmitting routes with normal speed reducing ratio for running on common flat roads, and a low-speed and power-augmenting transmitting route to be used in case of moving up an upward slope or coping with a condition needing a large torque. Then the electric motor may be reduced in its size, weight and cost, without necessity of enlarging it to have a large power.

  • Patent number: 8201542
Abstract: A safety device for the throttle operation includes a shaft, a linking plate having an end connected and moving with the shaft and another end provided with an projecting bent wing, a pulling plate having one end formed with a shaft hole for combining with the shaft and located at a side of the bent wing and another end resting on an end surface of the bent wing and connected with a throttle line. The bent wing moves the throttle line to move the pulling plate for an angle for opening the throttle. The safety device further includes a contact switch for contacting the linking plate so an engine control system may be electrified by the contact switch to reduce its speed to a slow condition even if the throttle line is stuck immovable and unable to return to its original position after pulling open the throttle, keeping safe a vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20110036190
Abstract: A driving mechanism of a steering wheel includes a sector gear driven by a gear shaft to rotate on a gear shaft linked together with the sector gear, and a displacement plate having one end fixed with the gear plate shaft and another end pivotally connected with two directional pull rods that are further connected with a directional joint of two front wheels respectively. When a steering wheel is turned left or right, the gear shaft is to be rotated to simultaneously drive the sector gear and the gear shaft to turn around, so that the displacement plate, the directional pull rods, the directional joints and the front wheels can be concurrently driven to undertake an angular displacement for changing a car's direction. Thus, the driving mechanism of the invention has a relatively small size, with cost lowered as well.

  • Publication number: 20100319665
Abstract: This invention is to provide a fuel-air separation structure improvement for engine blow-by, which features an extra oil recirculation tube set up in between the bottom of the fuel-air separator and the engine, where the flow connection of the oil recirculation tube is controlled by a check valve, and the direction of the check valve is enabled only in a unidirectional way, pointing from the fuel-air separator to the crankcase of the engine, whereas the reverse direction is being cut off. By means of the aforementioned structure, the problems of carbon deposits in engine and exhaust pollution due to an excess of oil along with blow-by in the fuel-air separator can thus be substantially improved.
