Abstract: A molecular marker for diagnosing primary biliary cholangitis and a method for detecting same are provided. The anti-human multimer immunoglobulin receptor antibody is adopted as the primary biliary cholangitis diagnosis molecular marker so as to prepare the diagnosis reagent; the human multimer immunoglobulin receptor antibody is remarkably increased in serum of PBC AMA-M2 subtype positive and negative patients, which indicates that in the attack of PBC, the serum anti-human multimer immunoglobulin receptor antibody specifically targets human multimer immunoglobulin receptors on small and medium bile ducts in the liver, thereby causing damage to the small and medium bile ducts.

  • Patent number: 11967589
Abstract: A micro multi-color LED device includes two or more LED structures for emitting a range of colors. The two or more LED structures are vertically stacked to combine light from the two more LED structures. Light from the micro multi-color LED device is emitted horizontally from each of the LED structures and reflected upward via some reflective structures. In some embodiments, each LED structure is connected to a pixel driver and/or a common electrode. The LED structures are bonded together through bonding layers. In some embodiments, planarization layers enclose each of the LED structures or the micro multi-color LED device. In some embodiments, one or more of reflective layers, refractive layers, micro-lenses, spacers, and reflective cup structures are implemented in the device to improve the LED emission efficiency. A display panel comprising an array of the micro tri-color LED devices has a high resolution and a high illumination brightness.

  • Patent number: 11921099
Abstract: A method for quantitatively analyzing the reservoir formation of an ultra-deep evaporite-dolomite paragenesis system is performed as follows. A typical drilling core containing the evaporite-dolomite paragenesis system and a field section are observed. The logging data is subjected to single-factor analysis to determine the planar distribution regularity of the ultra-deep evaporite and the dolomite, and the analysis of sedimentary combination pattern and development evolution regularity is performed. The diagenetic system is determined, and the reservoir formation of the evaporite-dolomite paragenesis system is analyzed. Based on the above technical solutions, the property, the evolution path and the reservoir formation of sedimentation-diagenesis fluids in the evaporite-dolomite paragenesis system can be clarified.

  • Publication number: 20230346982
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fluorescent contrast agent with a targeting function, and a preparation method and a use thereof, and belongs to the technical fields of nanomaterials and biomedical materials. The fluorescent contrast agent (MR780 NPs) of the present disclosure can specifically bind to CD206 on a surface of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs). MR780 NPs accumulate in lymph nodes invaded by tumor cells and undergo an oxidation-reduction reaction with reduced glutathione in a tumor microenvironment, which triggers a fluorescence signal of MR780 NPs; and MR780 NPs do not accumulate and do not show fluorescence in normal lymph nodes. Therefore, the fluorescent contrast agent of the present disclosure can be used to diagnose lymph node metastasis (LNM) of breast cancer, realize the preoperative evaluation of LNM, assist in the clinical determination of tumor staging and the formulation of a surgical plan, and achieve the accurate resection under intraoperative fluorescence navigation.

  • Patent number: 9019963
Abstract: Frame contained destination information may be used by a switch to identify an appropriate output port for a given frame without performing a table access operation. This reduces the processing requirements of the switch to enable the switch to handle frames more efficiently. The frame contained destination information may be contained in the frame's local destination MAC addresses (DA) such that a portion of the DA directly indicates, for each switch that handles the frame, an output port for that switch. Different portions of the DA may be used by different switches, depending on where they are in the network hierarchy. Large switches may also use sub-fields within their allocated portion in the DA to identify internal switching components. A location resolution server may be provided to store and distribute IP and MAC addresses and respond to local ARP requests on the local domain.

  • Patent number: 7394808
Abstract: Device-wide performance guarantees may be implemented in a network element using a pull forwarding scheme by using separate processes on the network element communicating via handshake signals to enable coordination between the aspects of the network element. One class of processes execute at the ingress queues, a second class of process execut at junction points, and a final class of processes execute at the egress ports. The combination of these separate processes leads to the correct scheduling of frames in a device-wide manner as if there were a centralized scheduler with complete information about all queued frames. As a result, the performance guarantees of the intended scheduling algorithm are preserved and are provided in a device-wide manner. The scheduling algorithms that are supported include round-robin, deficit round robin, negative deficit round robin, weighted round robin, and strict priority.

  • Publication number: 20070174819
Abstract: A computer implemented method, system, and computer usable program code for simplifying compiler-generated software code by creating a stub routine for checking storage contiguity. A stub routine is generated for a subroutine. The stub routine is used to determine whether data is contiguous for the subroutine. A subroutine call in the code is replaced with a stub routine call for the stub routine. The subroutine call has at least one argument. The stub routine call includes each argument for the subroutine call. The code is executed. The stub routine is called by the stub routine call to determine whether data is contiguous for the subroutine.
