Abstract: A package structure including a semiconductor die, a redistribution circuit structure and an electronic device is provided. The semiconductor die is laterally encapsulated by an insulating encapsulation. The redistribution circuit structure is disposed on the semiconductor die and the insulating encapsulation. The redistribution circuit structure includes a colored dielectric layer, inter-dielectric layers and redistribution conductive layers embedded in the inter-dielectric layers. The electronic device is disposed over the colored dielectric layer and electrically connected to the redistribution circuit structure.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electrical connection apparatus which includes a receptacle and a plug. The receptacle includes a cage, a heat sink, a thermal interface material layer, and an elastic sheathing member. The heat sink is provided to the cage and has a base portion. The base portion has a lower surface, a first side edge close to the port, and a second side edge spaced apart from the first side edge. The heat sink further has two first convex portions positioned on the lower surface and adjacent to the first side edge and a first concave portion positioned on the lower surface and adjacent to the second side edge. The thermal interface material layer is provided to the lower surface of the base portion. The elastic sheathing member sheathes the heat sink and the cage. The plug includes a second convex portion positioned on an upper surface.

Abstract: A car charger adapter includes a body, an electrode seat, at least one negative-electrode plate, a circuit assembly and a positive-electrode tip. The electrode seat and the circuit assembly is mounted inside the body. The at least one negative-electrode plate and the positive-electrode tip are respectively mounted on an outer periphery and a front end surface of the body. The at least one negative-electrode plate is bent to match a plane curvature of the outer periphery of the body, and is electrically connected to and securely mounted on the electrode seat and is electrically connected to the circuit assembly. The positive-electrode tip is electrically connected to the circuit assembly. When the car charger adapter is inserted in a cigarette lighter socket, the arc-shaped negative-electrode plate has larger contact area with an inner wall of the lighter socket, thereby lowering resistance of electrical contact and enhancing power utilization.

When a battery of the blue-tooth headset is dead, users can place the blue-tooth headset inside the space. The blue-tooth headset is electrically connected to the charging port for charging the blue-tooth headset. The users can easily carry around the portable charger and the blue-tooth headset that is being charged.

The seat is movably mounted in the receiving slot and has a blocking portion formed on one end of the seat extendable beyond the opening of the body for holding an electronic device between the blocking portion and the body. A first multi-sectional position limiting member formed in at least one inner wall of the receiving slot slidably engages the second multi-sectional position limiting member at multiple positions of the first multi-sectional position limiting member so that users can pull the seat a length out of the receiving slot to properly carry an electronic device on the seat in accordance with the size of the electronic device.

When an external electronic device is running out of power, the warning lamp can provide the emergency to the external electronic device to allow the external electronic device to work temporarily with the emergency power.

Abstract: A warning lamp has a body and a light emitting device. The body has a diaphanous front cover, a rear cover, a chamber and a light reflecting surface. The chamber is formed between the front cover and the rear cover. The light reflecting surface faces the rear cover. The light emitting device is mounted in the chamber and has a circuit board, at least one light emitting element and a power cable. The circuit board has an inner surface and a reflection surface. The reflection surface is formed on the inner surface of the circuit board and faces the light reflecting surface. When the warning lamp operates, the light radiated from the light emitting element can be reflected between the reflecting element and the reflection surface. Therefore, the warning lamp has a wide lighting angular extent.

Abstract: A ear set for a cellular phone has a hollow body, an ear hook, an electric wire, a plug and a clip. The body has an earphone, a microphone, a pocket clip, a cap and a switch. One end of the pocket clip is attached to one end of the body. A protruding ball is mounted on the other end of the pocket clip above a hole through the body. The hole is located over a switch mounted inside the body so the protruding ball will contact and activate the switch when the pocket clip is pressed. This makes turning on or turning off the ear set easier and more convenient than pressing a discrete switch.

One end of the pocket clip is attached to one end of the body. A protruding ball is mounted on the other end of the pocket clip above a hole through the body. The hole is located over a switch mounted inside the body so the protruding ball will contact and activate the switch when the pocket clip is pressed. This makes turning on or turning off the ear set easier and more convenient than pressing a discrete switch.

Abstract: A detachable alarm includes an enclosure, a suction cup connected to the enclosure, a circuit board connected to the suction cup and a spring. The circuit board has a vibration sensor, and the spring presses against a surface on which the alarm is mounted. The alarm is easily detachably mounted on doors or windows by the suction cup and the enclosure. The circuit board outputs sound when the vibration sensor detect abnormal vibrations on the surface. Therefore the alarm not only conveniently stick to any place to provide security but can output sound to frighten an intruder.

Abstract: A handsfree device for a telephone, which has dual-functions of handsfree and mute, has a housing with a recess. Three legs are provided in the housing. A flexible sheet with a convex central portion is received in the recess. A disk is provided on the flexible sheet, and has a plurality of lugs formed at a bottom thereof, and a plurality of teeth formed at a top thereof. A pole is mounted on the disk, and has a plurality of barbs engaged with the teeth respectively. When the pole is pressed to electrify the first and second legs, a handsfree function is actuated, and when the pole is turned to electrify the third leg, a mute function is actuated.

Abstract: An alarm for multistaged heat detection is provided. The alarm provides a multi-point detecting structure by applying a digital operation unit. The alarm has both pre-alarm and normal alarm modes. The digital operation unit coordinates the sound and light output to effect different alarm signals. A power capacity checking circuit is included to indicate a low operational state of the system power. A coercing alarm circuit is also included for stopping all detecting to cause the system to output an alarm signal in an emergency.

Abstract: A housing to accommodate an alarm conducting clip is made of electrically insulating material having a small aperture at one end for an electric cord passing therethrough, a large aperture at opposite end having a passage formed in-between the apertures adapted to receive a pair of copper plates at inner top and bottom portions, respectively, and a pair of slanting slots at respective walls adapted to receive an actuated rod which is adapted to press a clip to close or to open at its free ends. The clip is formed in a V-shaped profile having the closed end inserted into the housing through the large aperture with the opposite free ends protruding therefrom. The constantly open free ends engage the two copper plates, respectively, that forms a closed circuit of the alarm. The free ends will be forced to close by the activating rod and thus disengage from the two copper plates and forming an open circuit of the alarm, thereafter.
