  • Patent number: 9876447
Abstract: A motor system includes a stator magnetic pole, a driving unit and a stop control unit. The stator magnetic pole is adapted to couple with a rotor for the rotor to rotate relative to the stator magnetic pole. The stator magnetic pole has first and second ends. The driving unit is electrically connected with the stator magnetic pole and drives the rotor to rotate by changing the polarity of the stator magnetic pole. The stop control unit is electrically connected to the stator magnetic pole and the driving unit. If the rotor rotates when the motor system is not electrically powered, the stator magnetic pole generates electricity that changes the path of the electric current flowing through the stop control unit, and the stator magnetic pole outputs an electric current from the first end to the second end or from the second end to the first end thereof. In addition, a fan module is also disclosed to solve the problem.

  • Publication number: 20120213650
Abstract: A cooling fan with dual rotation directions includes a fan frame unit, a driving control unit and an impeller. The fan frame unit has an air channel having first and second air-guiding openings on two sides of the air channel. A base is disposed between the first and second air-guiding openings. A first stationary blade unit is disposed at the first air-guiding opening and a second stationary blade unit is disposed at the second air-guiding opening. The driving control unit has a stator, a driving circuit and a rotation direction control circuit, wherein the stator is disposed on the base of the fan frame unit and the driving circuit is electrically connected to the stator and the rotation direction control circuit. The impeller is rotatably coupled with the stator of the driving control unit.

  • Patent number: 7755246
Abstract: The present invention relates to a pole piece structure of stator with radial winding, which employs an optimum ratio ? to define the form of the pole piece, increase the overlap region of inductance and torque and lower the cogging torque of a motor, so as to strengthen the self-starting capability of the motor and minimize torque ripple to enhance the overall performance of the motor. The pole piece structure includes a hub having a hole at the center, and a plurality of poles integrally formed on the periphery of the hub, extended to radiate in a radial direction, and having a pole shoe expanded from an end of each pole in a tangential direction, wherein the angle of a single pole shoe is divided by a pitch angle of two adjacent poles to obtain a ratio in a range of 0.86˜0.95.
