    Abstract: A high-voltage semiconductor device structure is provided. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure includes a semiconductor substrate, a source ring in the semiconductor substrate, and a drain region in the semiconductor substrate. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure also includes a doped ring surrounding sides and a bottom of the source ring and a well region surrounding sides and bottoms of the drain region and the doped ring. The well region has a conductivity type opposite to that of the doped ring. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure further includes a conductor electrically connected to the drain region and extending over and across a periphery of the well region. In addition, the high-voltage semiconductor device structure includes a shielding element ring between the conductor and the semiconductor substrate. The shielding element ring extends over and across the periphery of the well region.

The charging dock (20) switches to emit another signal light different from the signal light currently emitted when each time is triggered by the signal light emitted by the self-propelled apparatus (10). Repeatedly execute the above actions and make the self-propelled apparatus approach the light-emitting unit (202) until the self-propelled apparatus (10) reaches a charging position. It can accurately guide the self-propelled apparatus (10) to the charging position by arranging only two sensors on the self-propelled apparatus.

    Abstract: An automatic cleaning device including a first light sensor and a controller is provided. The first light sensor is disposed at a side position of a device body. The controller is coupled to the first light sensor. When the controller performs an automatic charging operation, the controller controls the device body of the automatic cleaning device to move forward and determines whether the first light sensor senses a light signal emitted by a light emitter of the charging dock. When the first light sensor senses the light signal, the controller records a first time parameter, and when the first light sensor no longer senses the light signal, the controller records a second time parameter. The controller determines whether to execute a first return mode or a second return mode according to a first time difference between the first time parameter and the second time parameter. In addition, an automatic charging method is also provided.

When the external wireless signal is sensed by the first sensing unit, a state of the transmittal line does not match with a pre-determined state. When the external wireless signal is not sensed by the first sensing unit, the state of the transmittal line matches with the pre-determined state. A control unit generates a movement signal when the state of the transmittal line matches with the pre-determined state. A plurality of wheels rotate according to the movement signal. A second sensing unit generates a second sensing signal according to the external environment of the cleaning robot. When the state of the transmittal line does not match with the pre-determined state, the control unit adjusts the movement signal according to the second sensing signal.

    Abstract: A device and a method for identifying magnetic induction coordinate comprise a movable member which is provided with a magnetic matter and is moved to pass a plurality of sensors arranged in sequence on a fixed member. As the magnetic matter moves through various positions of a moving track, the sensors detect and measure the magnetic flux values at various positions. The data are recorded point by point by an electronic circuit and are then stored in a memory. The magnetic flux values measured by the sensors at any time are compared with the data stored in the memory for identifying the position of the magnetic matter. As the position of the magnetic matter in relation to the fixed member is identified, an output signal of the position is generated.
