Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to providing real-time response strategies in a supply chain. A system may be configured to obtain first sensor data collected from a first tracking device associated with a first asset, determine a first set of external data associated with the first asset, determine, based at least in part on the first sensor data and the first set of external data, a probability of failure and a mode of failure, and responsive to a determination that the probability of failure exceeds a failure threshold: determine a mitigation for the mode of failure that is available based at least in part on the first sensor data and the first set of external data, determine one or more real-world actions corresponding to the mitigation that, if performed, remediate the mode of failure, and cause the one or more real-world actions to be performed.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to programmatically updating the status of assets tracked in a supply chain environment. A system may be configured to obtain first sensor data collected from a first tracking device associated with a first asset, determine asset workflow information associated with the first asset, determine an intelligence engine configured to generate an inference of a status associated with the first asset, determine the status associated with the first asset, wherein the status is determined by the intelligence engine based on the first sensor data and the asset workflow information, and store the status of the first asset in an asset tracking database.

Abstract: Compounds, compositions, and methods for use in inhibiting the E3 enzyme Cbl-b in the ubiquitin proteasome pathway are disclosed. The compounds, compositions, and methods can be used to modulate the immune system, to treat diseases amenable to immune system modulation, and for treatment of cells in vivo, in vitro, or ex vivo. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a Cbl-b inhibitor and a cancer vaccine, as well as methods for treating cancer using a Cbl-b inhibitor and a cancer vaccine; and pharmaceutical compositions comprising a Cbl-b inhibitor and an oncolytic virus, as well as methods for treating cancer using a Cbl-b inhibitor and an oncolytic virus.

Abstract: Correspondence, such as emails, is processed to develop a database of relationships between parties addressed on the correspondence including indirectly addressed parties such as those directly addressed in included, forwarded correspondence. The database may be used to determine the contact paths between users and addressed parties including the intermediary contacts required to complete contacts paths to selected addressed parties. Patterns of correspondence, including frequency and recency of correspondence may be detected and displayed. Statistically normal patterns of correspondence may be derived in order to determine if correspondence patterns for selected addressed parties deviate there from. Data associated with contact information, such as search result listings, may be filtered and ordered in accordance with contact path proximity and/or contact related preferences or attributes.
