    Abstract: A method for calibrating a printer that includes an LED printhead wherein the LEDs are arranged in a row in a series of arrays wherein each array includes a plurality of LEDs generally uniformly spaced a nominal pitch distance on the array in the direction of the row. The arrays have respective array end LEDs which have spacing from adjacent array end LEDs on adjacent arrays that are different than the nominal pitch distance.
