    Abstract: A structural sandwich for use as a truck, trailer, van or intermodal container wall and method of making the same. The sandwich comprises a fiberglass reinforced plywood plastic unit having one or both facings which are in the form of a sheet or film of a high-impact, weather-resistant, low-haze, non-brittle, substantially non-porous acrylic composition, the unit being made into an integrated sandwich of 20 foot lengths or more by an efficient vacuum molding method.
