  • Publication number: 20240083410
Abstract: Disclosed are a hybrid electric vehicle and a method for controlling an engine speed of a hybrid electric vehicle. In particular, the method includes: determining, when an engine on one end and a first motor are directly connected and while driving in a state where an engine clutch is connected and a second motor is connected to the other end, a compensation value based on the difference in the rotational speed of the engine and the second motor when a control entry is caused, which induces the rotational speed mismatch of the engine and the second motor; and compensating an output torque of the first motor based on the compensation value.

  • Publication number: 20240083412
Abstract: Disclosed is a hybrid electric vehicle and a method of controlling an engine stop for the vehicle. The method includes: determining whether a first condition and a second condition is satisfied; applying a negative torque to the motor when the first condition and the second condition are satisfied; predicting occurrence of reverse rotation of the engine; and applying a feedback torque for satisfying the target behavior of the engine to the motor when the occurrence of the reverse rotation is predicted.

  • Publication number: 20140227604
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for manufacturing a fine porous film to be used as a separation film of a secondary battery. The apparatus for manufacturing the fine porous film of the present invention includes: a T-shaped die (20) for molding a precursor film by extruding a molten resin generated by melting a partially crystalline resin through the front end of a nozzle; a guide roller (50) arranged at a downstream side of the extrusion direction of the T-shaped die (20) so as to move and guide the precursor film (F1) at a predetermined draft ratio; a precursor film cooling unit (40) for providing, in the moving direction of the precursor film, a flow of cooling air over either or both of the front and back surfaces of the precursor film so as to cool the precursor film; and a film stretching unit for applying a tensile force, in an axial direction or in biaxial directions, to the cooled film while same is passing through the precursor film cooling means (40).

  • Patent number: 6486240
Abstract: An asymmetric support membrane can be prepared by using a phase separation method. The method includes immersing a polymer solvent solution into water. The polymer solution is made by dissolving 15 to 35% by weight of the polymer into a solvent that lets the polymer solution become a gel at a temperature of 0 to 50° C. The solution is then allowed to gel and brought into a final membrane form in water for phase separation and formation of the asymmetric support membrane. The polymer may be poly(vinyl chloride), polyethersulfone, polyetherimide and polyamic(methylester). The solvent is &ggr;-butyrolactone alone as a major solvent or is a mixed solvent with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone as a cosolvent. The asymmetric support membrane is a porous support membrane of a sponge form having open pores that are connected to one another with a narrow pore size distribution. Thus, the asymmetric support membrane has an improved permeance and mechanical strength.

  • Patent number: 5922104
Abstract: This invention provides a polyamide separation membrane, prepared from high molecular weight polyamide having a repeating unit represented by the formula (I) and a process for separating gaseous mixtures using them. ##STR1## wherein, R is an aliphatic or aromatic organic group derived from dicarboxylic acid or halide. The polyamide separation membrane according to the present invention has a large free volume and good permeation properties such as permeability and permeation selectivity.

  • Patent number: 5708040
Abstract: The present invention describes a method for preparing an asymmetric porous membrane by a dry-wet phase inversion method, which comprises contacting a cast or spun polymer solution with water or organic vapor prior to immersing into the non-solvent precipitation medium, whereby said water or organic vapor is adsorbed onto the cast or spun polymer solution. Higher permeability and excellent rejection ability can be obtained, due to the high porosity and uniform pore size of said membranes according to the present invention.
