  • Publication number: 20090098261
Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation method of protein extracts from rice bran which is comprising a process of pre-treating rice bran; producing de-fatted rice bran by removing fat from the pellet; a process of extracting protein from the de-fatted rice bran, generating protein solution; and a process of precipitating protein from the protein solution to obtain final protein extracts from rice bran. The method of the present invention makes it possible to obtain lipid from rice bran, which has been wasted and used only as feed or compost due to fast rancidity and low stability, and to ultimately develop proteineous materials of high quality, non-GMO and no-allergy by extracting protein from the rice bran. In addition, the present invention provides a method of recycling rice bran, which is wasted as a by-product, by adding values to the rice bran.

  • Patent number: 7365509
Abstract: A capsule type micro-robot moving system moves on an organ's wall covered with mucilage at a high speed. The present invention provides a capsule type micro-robot moving system, which is structured such that a head is formed in a semi-spherical shape and the outer surface of the capsule is coated with an anti-adhesion coating agent for reducing friction against organs during the movement, particularly, is structured to move as long as a linear stroke corresponding to the distance between the driving part and the inner cylinder in the state that the limbs folded in and unfolded out of the capsule completely contact and stick to the walls of the organs, resulting in providing the reliability and moving more rapidly.

  • Publication number: 20080013289
Abstract: A sliding-type portable terminal is provided. The sliding-type portable terminal includes a first housing, a second housing sliding in a longitudinal direction of the first housing while facing the first housing, and an elastic member including a helical coil and free ends. The free ends extend from the coil in a direction away from each other and the elastic member provides an elastic force in a direction to move the free ends away from each other, in which the coil is interposed between the first housing and the second housing. An end of one of the free ends is rotatably supported on a first face of the first housing, and another of the free ends is extended toward the inside of the second housing and rotatably supported on an inner surface of the second housing. The sliding-type portable terminal has an advantage in that each of the free ends is located in one of the housings, by which the thickness of the terminal can be easily reduced and a space for a flexible printed circuit is easily ensured.

  • Publication number: 20070116844
Abstract: Disclosed are a method of preparing rice flour having good rheological and sensory characteristics, rice flour prepared by the method, and instant rice soup including the rice flour. Specifically, there are provided a method of preparing rice flour, which has better Theological characteristics, higher material stability through killing of microorganisms during its processing, and much better taste by removal of characteristic odor of rice flour, compared to conventional rice flours or rice flours prepared by other processing methods, and also instant rice soup using the rice flour thus prepared. The rice flour of this invention may be cooked within a short time of 1 min or less through only the addition of warm water (70˜80° C.), and has no unpleasant taste and no characteristic odor occurring from conventional rice flour, thus exhibiting good sensory characteristics for instant foods.

  • Patent number: 7217436
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing germinated brown rice that has better texture, is easier to cook and has higher safety from microbial contamination compared with conventional germinated brown rice, by controlling the conditions for the germination process, and to a germinated brown rice obtained therefrom. More particularly, improved germinated brown rice can be obtained by at least partially removing the skin, germinating the altered rice in slighted acid germination water and treating the germinated brown rice at elevated temperatures and pressures.

  • Patent number: 7042691
Abstract: The present invention provides a gate drive for protecting a switching element (IGBT) used for an electrical inertial load controller. A high-voltage IGBT is used as the switching element and an hcp1316j is used as the gate drive of the IGBT, to restrict overvoltage and overcurrent generated in the event of inverter switching, preventing destruction of the IGBT in advance. Furthermore, an RC filter is formed in close proximity to the IGBT to minimize an erroneous switching operation due to harmonics generated caused by noise in case of inverter switching to improve the system reliability and block an increase in abnormal voltage applied across the switching element.
