  • Patent number: 11996327
Abstract: An interconnect structure, along with methods of forming such, are described. In some embodiments, the method includes forming a first dielectric layer over one or more devices, forming a first conductive feature in the first dielectric layer, and forming two dielectric features over the first dielectric layer and the first conductive feature. At least one of the two dielectric features has a first width, and each dielectric feature includes a first low-k dielectric layer, an oxide layer, and a first etch stop layer. The method further includes forming a second conductive feature between the two dielectric features, and the second conductive feature has a second width substantially the same as the first width.

  • Publication number: 20240095645
Abstract: A method of generating customizable goal representation is disclosed. A request from a user to view a goal representation is received. A flexible goal ontology is accessed that comprises one or more goal entities, one or more goal relationships between the goal entities, or one or more goal properties, the one or more goal properties including one or more metadata attributes relating to the one or more goal entities. A set of mapping rules is obtained that defines mappings between one or more goals. The set of mapping rules is evaluated to assemble a customized goal representation tailored to the user. The customized goal representation is updated based on a revaluation of the mapping rules affected by changes to the one or more goal entities, the one or more goal relationships, or the one or more properties.

  • Publication number: 20150052141
Abstract: Method of transmitting ancillary files to users in support of main files includes acquiring information as to what is read by users within a predetermined period of time. According to the information as to what is read by users, the users are classified into groups using a clustering method. A current user is determined and a group that comprises the current user is determined. Target files read by the other users in the determined group are transmitted for the current user.

  • Publication number: 20150052101
Abstract: Method of transmitting files includes acquiring files read by users within a predetermined interval and acquiring file information of the acquired files and user information of users. According to the file information and the user information, the acquired files are classified into groups. Association rules are determined among the groups using a data mining algorithm. A current file read by a current user is acquired. And a group which comprises the current file is determined. According to specified association rules between the determined group and the other groups excepting the determined group, target files are transmit for the current user.

  • Publication number: 20140258283
Abstract: In a file searching method using a computing device, the computing device connects to one or more terminal devices. An electronic file is obtained from a database when a file name is inputted from one of the terminal devices, and the file is analyzed to obtain a title and text content of the file. One or more keywords are extracted from each of the text content of the file using a term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) rule. One or more interested terms are obtained from the keywords according to an importance factor of each of the keywords. The method obtains search results from the database according to the interested terms, and ranks the files according to a relevance degree between each file in the search results and the interested terms. The computing device sends the files with a ranking order to the terminal device.
