The valve cylinder assembly includes a valve cylinder, a rotatable handle and a torsion spring, the valve cylinder is inserted in the receiving channel and connected with the rotatable handle, a communicating channel is defined in the valve cylinder, the communicating channel is operably passable or blocked with respect to the inlet joint and the outlet joint, and the torsion spring is fixed to the rotatable handle for pre-twisting. The rotary latch is pivotally connected to the base, and the rotary latch includes a snapping portion for engagement with the corresponding rotatable handle and a passive arm extended from the snapping portion.

The rolling module is mounted at the processing segment to heat and melt the body of non-woven cloth. The sprayer is mounted above the rolling module to spray activated carbon powder on the body of non-woven cloth. The hot-pressing cylinder is mounted at the processing segment to heat and press the activated carbon powder with the body of non-woven cloth. The activated carbon powder can be securely attached to the body of non-woven cloth by the manufacturing apparatus to provide a preferred quality of the activated carbon filters and to reduce the cost of manufacturing the activated carbon filters.

A plurality of concave slots are located at the surface of the sliding rod. The thimbles push the actuating block to make the sliding rod slidingly move so that the first fixing board and second fixing board are closely embedded or have a gap. Therefore, there is a displacement between the outer and the inner female mold. The spike mold structure is used to mold a bi-colored spike having increased strength.
