  • Patent number: 7240979
Abstract: An improving structure of adjustable sliding device that can be stretched and shortened in its length, comprises a base, an upper frame, a middle frame and a sliding device. The base further comprises a flat horizontal unit and two side plates which are formed perpendicularly to the flat horizontal unit. One of side plates is a vertical plate formed perpendicularly on one side of the flat horizontal unit and another side plate is a L-shaped plate formed perpendicularly on another side of the flat horizontal unit. The sliding device comprises an upper unit and a bottom unit. A slot is formed at a middle part of the upper unit and the bottom unit, wherein a plurality of horizontal rotating units are located on the upper unit and the bottom unit so that the upper frame, the base and the middle frame can be correspondingly assembled together.

  • Patent number: 7101001
Abstract: A coupling device preventing two drawers from being pulled out simultaneously includes two flat main bodies and a coupling pipe. Each of the main bodies is provided at two opposite ends with a centered vertical recess and a horizontal recess, respectively. The centered vertical recess is provided in an open end with two opposite curved flanges, and at a closed bottom end with a projected post. The coupling pipe has an axially centered through hole, into two ends of which the projected posts in the vertical recesses of the two main bodies are inserted, so that each end of the coupling pipe is clamped between the two flanges on each main body to enable a stable connection of the main body to the coupling pipe.

  • Publication number: 20060033408
Abstract: An extended rod of slide mechanism for drawer slide track comprises a control stop mounted on the extended rod and a stop stock mounted on the front of the slide track wherein the control stop is an integrally formed extrusion with a swing block fixed on the extended rod by a rivet. The swing block has a cut section at one end to stop the stop stock of the slide track. The extended front end of the swing block forms a push-pull section. Pushing or pulling the push-pull section will free the cut section from the stock causing the extended rod disengages the slide track and pull the drawer out of the slide track. Regardless whether the slide mechanism is installed on the right side or the left side of the drawer, it provides a disengaging direction, easy the operator to take the drawer out of the slide track.

  • Patent number: 6979064
Abstract: A drawer interlock mechanism comprises a fixation base, an axial cam, two braking slides and a guiding switch. The axial cam is put into a holding groove of the fixation base, so a big column and a small column are respectively placed into the position-limiting groove on top surface of the holding groove. The two braking slides are put in a slide groove of the fixation base, so when the axial cam rotates 90 degrees, its moving and stopping blocks move the two braking slides outward. The guiding switch is locked with the slide at the front. Its side has a guiding groove and a curved groove, which correspondingly match the big column and the small column, so they move according to the path lead by the curved slide groove and the guiding slide groove and the axial cam can rotate 90 degrees.

  • Publication number: 20050242692
Abstract: A slide bumper for the drawer comprises a set of control bumper at the slide end and a set of bumper seat at the slide front. The control bumper is an integral-formed extrusion having a hollow, a retaining collar enclosed around the periphery of the hollow, and a lug extended from the rim of the retaining collar at the front end and a side lever, a release lever and bumper lever at the rear end. The front end of the release lever has an indentation to receive the lug to ensure that the rear section of the control bumper is closely in contact along the slide wall without impairing the smooth movement of the slide. The bumper lever has a large cross section bumper face for accepting the counterpart of the bumper block on the bumper seat in the manner to prevent the slide from being derailed from the rail.

  • Patent number: 6957877
Abstract: This invention relates a braking slide structure of the drawer interlock wherein the braking slide is composed of detachable bracket board and the insert sleeve. The bracket board is designed with a guide channel formed by side walls and with the guide stud to limit the bracket board sliding off the bracket. This drawer interlock is mounted on the drawer slides and rails, entailing additional installation of a pair of braking slides. The drawer interlock is an integral element fixed on the drawer for simplified assembly and operation. The braking rod is easy to be inserted into the insert sleeve linking to the top of the bracket board. The bracket board exposes to the outside of the slide hole on the bracket which is easy for the braking rod to slip into the insert sleeve and reach to the top of the bracket board with no space restraint.

  • Patent number: 6932445
Abstract: An improved drawer interlocking mechanism mainly has a number of curved holes at equal angle along the peripheral of an axle hole in the base. There are flexible and moveable sticking tabs along the peripheral of an axle cam, which is allowed to freely rotate when it is installed into the axle hole of a base. After the axle cam rotates by an angle, the tab matches and locks into a curved hole for positioning. Two sets of brakes have symmetrical matching stoppers on two opposite sides, so the brakes can be placed into any slot of the base and a guide groove can be placed on the axle line corresponding to convex point. The groove surface has a stop to block the convex point, so the brake can slide and lead the direction with position limiting function. Thus, this can prevent the brake from dropping out of the slot.

  • Publication number: 20040123424
Abstract: A pivotal shaft assembly includes a stationary part, a movable part, an joint part, a relay part, a connection part and an extension part. Once the stationary part and the movable part are fixedly attached to an open end of a stationary object and the inner side of a movable object respectively, the extension stem stretches to an extreme length during the relay part and the extension part being axially aligned as a line so as to form a standstill point. If an foreign force is exerted, the extension stem is drawn inward to allow the relay, the connection part and the movable part generating upward or downward relative motions to each other such that the movable object can open or shut the open end of the stationary object automatically.
