    Abstract: A combined table lamp and clock assembly includes a lamp unit and a clock unit. The lamp unit includes a lamp stand base, a lamp stand, and a lamp bulb holder. The lamp stand base has a top side formed with a cavity, and a bottom side adapted to be placed on a table top. The lamp stand extends uprightly from the lamp stand base, and has an upper end portion and a lower end portion that is mounted on the top side of the lamp stand base. The lamp bulb holder is mounted on the upper end portion of the lamp stand, and is adapted for mounting a lamp bulb thereon. The clock unit includes a clock base, an upright clock panel, and a clock mechanism. The clock base is received in the cavity in the top side of the lamp stand base, and is formed with an insert slot therethrough. The upright clock panel has a lower end formed with an insert portion that is inserted removably into the insert slot. The clock mechanism is mounted on the clock panel.

    Abstract: A combined modular table lamp and clock assembly includes a base adapted to be placed on a table top, a lamp unit, and a clock unit. The lamp unit includes a stand, a lamp device and a shade. The stand has a bottom section mounted removably on a top side of the base, a top section formed with a lamp base receiving groove, and a back side formed with a wire receiving groove. The lamp device includes a lamp base mounted removably in the lamp base receiving groove, a lamp bulb, an electrical plug, and an electrical wire which interconnects the lamp base and the electrical plug, and which is retained in the wire receiving groove. The shade is mounted removably on the top section of the stand to surround the lamp bulb. The clock unit includes a clock panel having a bottom end mounted removably on the top side of the base, and a front side which serves as a clock face and which is formed with an opening, and a clock hand mechanism having a housing retained in the opening.

    Abstract: A combined table lamp and clock assembly includes a base adapted to be placed on a table top, a lamp device, a stand, and a clock unit. The lamp base includes a lamp base, a lamp bulb mounted on the lamp base, an electrical plug, and an electrical wire interconnecting the lamp base and the electrical plug. The stand has an upper end portion, a lower end portion and an intermediate portion between the upper and lower end portions. The lower end portion is mounted on the base. The stand further has a back side provided with a resilient lamp base retainer that extends rearwardly from the upper end portion of the stand and that engages fittingly the lamp base of the lamp device. The back side of the stand is further provided with a wire positioning member at the intermediate portion of the stand to secure a section of the electrical wire of the lamp device on the stand. The clock unit is mounted on the intermediate portion of the stand.

    Abstract: An educational clock assembly includes a clock mechanism, a circular face plate, and a fastening ring. The circular face plate is formed of a plurality of modular pieces and has a central receiving hole into which the clock mechanism is press-fitted, a plurality of first grooves which are spaced angularly and equally on the circumference of the face plate. Each of the first grooves has a hour-piece which engages detachably in the first groove and which bears a hour numeral. The fastening ring engages around the circumference of the face plate in order to bind the modular pieces together. The inner periphery of the fastening ring has a plurality of second grooves. Each of the second grooves is aligned radially with a corresponding one the first grooves of the face plate and has a minute-piece which engages detachably in the second groove and which bears a minute numeral.
