  • Publication number: 20180026488
Abstract: The present invention relates to an induced polarization AC motor having maximized efficiency, a stator of the AC motor being provided with 2n number of winding slots and 2n number of induced polarization slits so that when electricity is applied to the stator having just n number of slots distributedly wound, polarization is induced on the magnetic field surfaces on both sides of the winding slots to double the magnetomotive force for operating and rotating the rotor. Here, the rotational direction is determined by the Fleming left-hand rule.

  • Publication number: 20160261155
Abstract: The present invention relates to a BLDC motor which maximizes efficiency by induced polarization and, more particularly, to an induced polarization BLDC motor which subjects the magnetic field plane of a stator to induced polarization so as to double the magneto-motive force (active energy) thereof, and subjects the magnetic field plane of a rotor to magnetic flux concentration, so as to double the magnetic force (passive energy) thereof, thereby maximizing the torque and efficiency of a motor where two energies are synthesized. The stator comprises 2n winding slots and 2n induced polarization slits on a silicon steel sheet stacked core, and only n slots have distributed winding in independent and multiple phases. The rotor comprises planar magnets, of which both surfaces are magnetized, radially embedded on the silicon steel sheet stacked core. A commutation encoder, which is cup-shaped, is divided into a sensing region and a non-sensing region, and is installed on the outside of one side of a shaft.

  • Patent number: 8344571
Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor driven by a direct current (DC) without alternation, with the motor generating a high-efficiency kinetic energy synthesized from active energy of a stator and passive energy of a rotator, comprising: a stator comprising a coil distributively wound radially around a circular planar PCB, creating a magnetic field on both sides of the stator located at the center of two rotators; and a rotor comprising two circular planar permanent magnets with a corresponding size to the magnetic field of the stator, with the magnet having both faces magnetized arranged such that the magnetized faces of the magnets and the magnetic fields on both sides of the stator facing each other have the same polarity. Constant power is provided when DC power is applied to the coil of the stator, the rotor rotates, in the absence of an AC.

  • Patent number: 4882524
Abstract: In a multi-phase bipolar brushless D.C. motor in which the permanent magnet instead of the field coil is used for the rotor, the armature is used for the stator. The winding is wound on the stator as the independent phase-connected winding, the commutation encoder is fixedly mounted on the shaft of the rotor to be rotated, and the photo-sensor is coupled operatively thereto to be connected with the driving circuit, thereby the motor is smoothly started and rotated with a simple construction, and is manufactured at low cost.
