Abstract: A method for measuring the culture of an organisation includes establishing (202) a plurality of categories relating to the culture of the organisation, said categories being grouped into a plurality of clusters, wherein each cluster includes a selected one or more of the categories which relate to a predetermined aspect of organisational culture. Information is provided (206) by a plurality of individuals associated with the organisation, regarding each of said individual's personal experience of the culture of the organisation in relation to each of the categories. The received information is processed (208) to determine, with regard to each category, a corresponding category grade representing an extent to which the experience of the individuals is either positive or negative.
