Patent number: 11967506Abstract: A grinding apparatus includes a first grinding mechanism, a second grinding mechanism, and a third grinding mechanism for grinding wafers held on respective chuck tables. The first grinding mechanism and the second grinding mechanism are positioned with respect to the chuck tables such that a second ground mark produced on a wafer by second grindstones of the second grinding mechanism as it grinds the wafer extends across a first ground mark produced on the wafer by first grindstones of the first grinding mechanism as it grinds the wafer. The second grinding mechanism and the third grinding mechanism are positioned with respect to the chuck tables such that a third ground mark produced on the wafer by third grindstones of the third grinding mechanism as it grinds the wafer extends across the second ground mark produced on the wafer by the second grindstones.Type: GrantFiled: February 1, 2022Date of Patent: April 23, 2024Assignee: DISCO CORPORATIONInventors: Mato Hattori, Ichiro Yamahata

Patent number: 6026686Abstract: An article inspection apparatus is capable of inspecting an article which cannot be sorted out by image processing or a diagnostic process that employs energy to be transmitted through the article. A hitting sound is generated by a hitting sound generating device when an article is hit, and is detected by a sound detecting device and analyzed by a detected-sound analyzer. The analyzed result is converted into a pattern by a detected-sound pattern generator, and the pattern is matched with registered reference patterns from a reference pattern registering device by a pattern matching device. Based on the result of matching, the article is sorted out by an article sorting device. It is possible to detect the material of a container, such as cans of aluminum and iron which are identical in shape and size to each other. It is also possible to check the amount of a substance in a container that cannot directly be seen, or inspect baked articles for pores contained therein.Type: GrantFiled: September 30, 1997Date of Patent: February 22, 2000Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Ichiro Hattori, Isamu Kawai, Akira Suzuki

Patent number: 5842363Abstract: The present invention provides a production method and an apparatus for double curve formed products for producing double curve formed products easily at low cost, stabilizing an accuracy in configurational dimension of the double curve formed product and improving an accuracy in assembly thereof, the production apparatus being of a simple construction apparatus. Around an inner die in which an end portion of a treatment product is engaged, an outer die in which the other end portion of the treatment product is engaged is rotated relative to each other at predetermined angles. At this time, a side face of the treatment product is curved so that it is successively folded back. By a deformation reaction caused at this time, the side face of this curved portion is pressed against a processing curved surface of the inner die such that the side face is deformed along the processing curved surface.Type: GrantFiled: February 26, 1997Date of Patent: December 1, 1998Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Tokai-Rika-Denki-SeisakushoInventors: Ichiro Hattori, Michio Aoki, Yoshihide Sakaguchi, Yoshihiro Hayashi, Masayasu Koshigoe

Patent number: 5774850Abstract: A voice characteristics analyzer analyzes the voices of unspecified persons through conventional Karaoke systems. A voice characteristics extraction device extracts spoken voice characteristics when a user speaks specific words. A voice characteristic classification table pre-stores analysis information derived from non-user voices and corresponding to voice characteristics of these specific words. An analysis information output device outputs results of the characteristics analysis that compares current user data with the pre-stored information.Type: GrantFiled: April 26, 1996Date of Patent: June 30, 1998Assignee: Fujitsu Limited & Animo LimitedInventors: Ichiro Hattori, Akira Suzuki

Patent number: 5568271Abstract: An endoscope image recording apparatus comprises a video endoscope having, at a forward end of an inserting section, an image pickup element, for image-picking-up the interior of a body cavity or the like, an image control unit for signal-processing a picture signal from the video endoscope, to generate an image signal, a portable IC memory card for recording the image signal from the image control unit as image data, a digital audio tape (DAT), a monitor for displaying the image signal from the image control unit or image data recorded on the IC memory card or the DATA, and indication means for indicating control operation to the image control unit. The IC memory card and the DAT tape record a serial number of the image, an INDEX image of the image, patient data, and image data. The IC memory card records an ID number of the DAT tape, while the DAT tape records an ID number of the IC memory card.Type: GrantFiled: March 17, 1995Date of Patent: October 22, 1996Assignee: Olympus Optical Co., Ltd.Inventors: Masami Fukuchi, Yoshitaka Miyoshi, Masahide Kanno, Shin-ichiro Hattori, Kazunari Nakamura, Keiichi Hiyama, Jun Hasegawa

Patent number: 4981731Abstract: The present invention was developed to solve the problems inherent in conventional dry type and wet type gunning methods. The main point of the present invention is a novel method for gunning a refractory composition for obtaining a lining body having high density and high strength by premixing a refractory composition with water amounting to 1/5-3/4 of the total amount of water for the lining, and subsequently adding and mixing the rest of the water at the inside of the gunning nozzle of the dry gunning equipment while gunning.Type: GrantFiled: October 12, 1988Date of Patent: January 1, 1991Assignee: Shinagawa Refractories, Co., Ltd.Inventors: Eiichi Yorita, Takashi Yamamura, Yukitoshi Kubota, Ichiro Hattori

Patent number: 4216647Abstract: In an electronic alarm timepiece having an alarm accordance circuit for producing an alarm signal at a preset time in accordance with a time stored in a time memory circuit, an electromechanical acoustic transducer is provided having at least two mechanical resonant frequencies. One of the resonant frequencies is in the audible range and one of the resonant frequencies is in the ultrasonic range. The transducer is actuatable to produce an acoustic alarm in the audible range in response to the alarm signal and is selectively actuated to produce an acoustic output in the ultrasonic range for controlling devices external of the timepiece.Type: GrantFiled: November 17, 1978Date of Patent: August 12, 1980Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Daini SeikoshaInventor: Ichiro Hattori
