  • Patent number: 9975771
Abstract: A method for obtaining high-purity phosphorus pentafluoride (PF5), which is industrially useful in the fields of semiconductors and batteries, from PF5 containing a gas mixture of HCl, HF, and so on. Specifically, provided is a process for purifying phosphorus pentafluoride including (1) an immobilization step in which phosphorus pentafluoride containing a mixture is brought into contact with a metal fluoride (MFn; M is an n-valent metal) having a specific surface area of 1.0 m2/g or more at 40° to 150° C. to immobilize phosphorus pentafluoride in the form of a hexafluorophosphate (M(PF6)n), (2) a separation step in which the mixture remaining in the gas phase is expelled out of the reaction system to separate the mixture from the hexafluorophosphate, and (3) a heat-decomposition step in which the hexafluorophosphate freed of the mixture is heated at 150° to 400° C. under a pressure of ?0.1 to 0.1 MPa·G to give phosphorus pentafluoride.

  • Publication number: 20060142669
Abstract: A urine collection vessel includes: a narrow cylindrical container tube (2) for containing urine provided with an end closed and the other end opened; a narrow cylindrical urine collection tube (3) for collecting urine provided with an end closed, the other end which is opened and freely connected or disconnected to the opened end of the container tube (2) and a urine collection inlet (33) provided at the side of the urine collection tube; and a narrow cylindrical cover tube for closing the urine collection inlet (33) provided with an end closed and the other end opened and has a slightly larger diameter than the diameter of the urine collection tube (3) such that the urine collection tube (3) is freely inserted into and removed from the cover tube. Part of the urine collection tube (3) ranging from the urine collection inlet (33) to the closed end is formed as a measuring part (31) which contains and measures a predetermined amount of urine.

  • Patent number: 6499363
Abstract: A nozzle 33 is formed on a distal end side of a cylinder 3. The nozzle 33 has an intermediate portion 3b formed such that a tip 7 is freely attachable thereto and detachable therefrom. The intermediate portion 3b of the nozzle 33 is formed with an annular projection 3e for retaining the tip 7. The tip 7 has a thick portion 7a provided in a root portion thereof and formed larger in diameter than a root portion 3a of the nozzle 33 to be abuttable against a tip releasing member 11. Along an inner periphery of the root portion of the tip 7, an annular projection 7b is formed to contact with the annular projection 3e of the nozzle 33 thereby providing a seal with the nozzle 33. Both the annular projections 3e and 7b of the nozzle 33 and the tip 7 are arranged to reach a position where a sound of abutment is produced between the root end surface of the tip 7 and the shoulder of the nozzle 33 at the completion of fitting of the tip 7 onto the nozzle 33.

  • Patent number: 5881596
Abstract: A cylindrical vessel body 20 has an end opened. A urine taking cap 50 comprises a fitting cylinder section 51 which can be freely fitted in tight contact with the opened end of the vessel body 20, a urine sampling cylinder section 52 connected to the fitting cylinder section 51 and having a urine sampling inlet 5b opened thereon, and a grip section 53 connected to an outer end of the urine sampling cylinder section 52. In addition, a cover cylinder 30 has an end opened, the opened end being capable of being fitted in tight contact with a tapered face 5e of the urine sampling cylinder section 52 in the state in which the vessel body 20 having the urine taking cap 50 attached thereto is inserted. A ring protrusion 55 is formed on an outer peripheral face of a connecting portion of the urine sampling cylinder section 52 and the grip section 53, and the grip section 53 can be freely extended axially by an extension cylinder 5g.
