  • Patent number: 7166096
Abstract: A pull-on disposable wearing article has front and rear waist regions and a crotch region extending between the waist regions. Transversely opposite lateral zones of the front and rear waist region are connected to each other in the vicinity of marginal side edges of the lateral zones so as to define a waist-hole and a pair of leg-holes. Hook members used to adjust a waist-circumferential dimension of the article are secured to the front waist region in its lateral zones and loop members on which the hook members are releasably anchored are secured to the front waist region in its middle zone so that the font waist region is normally non-contractible in the waist-circumferential direction.

  • Patent number: 7019063
Abstract: The rubber composition of the present invention is used for producing an inner liner of a pneumatic tire, and is obtained by compounding a rubber component and a layered or plate-like mineral. The layered or plate-like mineral has an aspect ratio of 3 or more and less than 30. The present invention further provides a production method of the rubber composition and a pneumatic tire which is produced by using the rubber composition. The present invention is applicable to a tire of passenger vehicles, bus or truck, and a tire of airplane. According to the present invention, the air permeation resistance is remarkably improved and the workability is also improved. Therefore, the rapture and hole defect of a non-vulcanized sheet during the tire construction can be avoided. By using the rubber composition, the gauge of the inner liner of pneumatic tire can be reduced while maintaining the inner pressure of tire, thereby reducing the weight of tire.

  • Publication number: 20050034802
Abstract: A method of producing an uncured rubber member by separately producing a rubber composition A of a compounding system excluding a vulcanizing agent and a rubber composition B of a compounding system excluding a vulcanization accelerator and shaping the rubber compositions A and B into given forms through a shaping machine and winding on a rotating support does not cause the scorching at the shaping step and is high in the shaping efficiency. Also, the durability and the internal pressure holding property at a run-flat state are simultaneously established in a tire provided with an innerliner in which a rubber component for the innerliner contains at least 10% by mass of diene rubber in a region corresponding to a tire side portion and a ratio of diene rubber in a region corresponding to a tire tread portion is made lower than that in a side portion corresponding region.

  • Publication number: 20050033248
Abstract: An automatic urine disposal device has a urine collecting pad, vacuum pump, and urine tank. In the urine collecting pad, the top sheet comes in contact with the wearer's skin, the hydrophilic sheet is disposed on the bottom of the top sheet, and the urine absorbent sheet is disposed at the bottom. When discharged urine flows in the top sheet, the hydrophilic sheet widely diffuses urine to saturate its entire surface and then becomes non-breathable. As the vacuum pump vacuums the air from the urine tank, urine is directed from a urine drainage port of the urine collecting pad via a urine drainage tube to the urine tank which is a sealed container.
