    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to a treatment method and a treatment apparatus for a UF6 heel, using a gas phase reaction. A specific treatment method includes (1) vaporizing the UF6 heel, (2) manufacturing solid phase UO2F2 by using UF6 gas vaporized at step (1), (3) separating the solid phase UO2F2 and by-product gas from each other, and (4) separating hydrogen fluoride from the by-product gas. According to the disclosure, stabilization of a reconversion process and the quality of UO2 powder may be improved by manufacturing the solid phase UO2F2, which is an intermediate of the UO2 powder, through the UF6 heel treatment, and the high cost of radioactive waste disposal is reduced by minimizing the UF6 heel to be less than 0.5 kg.

The body includes an elastic layer, which has a corrugation formed on one surface thereof, and a conductive layer, which is formed on the other surface of the elastic layer using a conductive material. When the body is deformed in the lateral direction of the surface on which the corrugation is formed, the change in resistance of the conductive layer before and after the deformation, or the change in capacitance thereof is measured, thereby detecting the degree of deformation of the measurement object.

The coordination polymer has a one-dimensional pore structure and shows reversible soft-crystal behavior. The porous material may be a Mg(II) 2,4-pyridinedicarboxylic acid coordination polymer (i.e., Mg-CUK-1). The methods of the present disclosure may also include one or more steps of releasing the sorbed H2O from the porous material and reusing the porous material after the releasing step for sorption of additional H2O from the environment.
