Patent number: 10865897Abstract: A non-return valve for a solenoid valve includes a non-return valve seat and a movable closure element. The valve seat is arranged at an edge of a fluid channel. The movable closure element is configured to carry out a direction-orientated throughflow and sealing function. The closure element includes a sealing cone, an abutment base, and a resilient sealing ring. The sealing ring is arranged between the abutment base and the sealing cone. The abutment base forms, in the event of sealing, a support face for the resilient sealing ring. At an edge of the non-return valve seat there is a first support face which in the event of sealing forms with a second support face which is formed at the outer edge of the abutment base in the direction of the non-return valve seat a mechanical axial stop for the movable closure element.Type: GrantFiled: June 27, 2017Date of Patent: December 15, 2020Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Enrico Belmonte, Ingo Buchenau, Martin Winkler, Michael Hilden, Rene Schepp, Thomas Weitze, Thorsten Schelldorf

Publication number: 20140298989Abstract: A pump element of a hydraulic unit for a vehicle brake system is configured to deliver brake fluid via a piston that is mounted so as to reciprocate in a cylinder. The piston has a first and a second active surface, of which the first active surface is configured to cause brake fluid to be delivered from the cylinder during forward movement of the piston, and the second active surface is configured to cause brake fluid to be delivered from the cylinder during backward movement of the piston.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 2, 2012Publication date: October 9, 2014Inventor: Ingo Buchenau

Patent number: 8579251Abstract: The invention relates to a solenoid valve, particularly for controlling the brake pressure of a wheel brake of a slip-controllable hydraulic brake system of a motor vehicle. In known solenoid valves, there is a first hydraulically effective connection of an armature chamber of the solenoid valve to an outlet through the guide of a tappet in a valve insert. The first hydraulically effective connection ends in the form of a blind hole and thus does not permit flushing out gas bubbles which possibly have accumulated in the armature chamber. In order to solve this problem, the invention proposes a second hydraulically effective connection which is arranged away from the guide of the tappet, uncoupled from the first hydraulically effective connection. Thus, a closed pressure medium path is effected within a valve cartridge of the solenoid valve, the closed pressure medium path making possible an effective flushing of the armature chamber and thus a flushing out of gas bubbles.Type: GrantFiled: September 14, 2009Date of Patent: November 12, 2013Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Massimiliano Ambrosi, Nicolas Houis, Gerhard Schuster, Siegfried Huber, Gerhard Stokmaier, Ingo Buchenau, Michael Hilden

Patent number: 7954511Abstract: The present invention relates to a two-stage valve for controlling fluids, in particular a hydraulic fluid. The valve includes an actuating element, a pilot stage having a first valve seat and a first closing body, which is connected to the actuating element, and a main stage having a second valve seat and a second closing body. The second closing body is provided with a fastening region and a main region having a passage opening. The first valve seat is arranged at the passage opening. The second closing body is connected to the actuating element via the fastening region. The fastening region is designed elastically in such a way as to open the pilot stage by elastically deforming during actuation of the actuating element.Type: GrantFiled: November 15, 2006Date of Patent: June 7, 2011Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Gerold Kohlberger, Guenther Schnalzger, Ingo Buchenau, Regine Kraft, Hans-Peter Bartosch

Patent number: 7661652Abstract: An electromagnetically actuatable valve for brake systems in motor vehicles, comprises a hydraulic part and an electric part. The valve is partially placed inside a valve block, in which an inlet borehole and an outlet borehole for a hydraulic fluid are made. The hydraulic part comprises a valve element inside of which a transversal borehole is made that communicates with the inlet borehole. In addition, a number of longitudinal boreholes, which are connected to the outlet borehole, are made in the valve element. The transversal borehole and the longitudinal boreholes are connected via a closing element. The valve enables a controlled opening and closing of the closing element thereby making a low-noise switching of the valve possible.Type: GrantFiled: September 21, 2005Date of Patent: February 16, 2010Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Sezgin Acar, Jens Kolarsky, Boris Buchtala, Erich Ludewig, Dietmar Sommer, Massimiliano Ambrosi, Valentin Schubitschew, Ingo Buchenau, Rafael Gonzalez Romero, Dietmar Kratzer, Michael Hilden
