    Abstract: Provided is an induction heating cooker which can be carried to a desired position on a cooking table to conduct grill cooking using induction heating and radiation heating and includes a grill tray (8) that is placed inside a heating chamber (7) and includes an engaging section that is used for removing the grill tray (8) from the heating chamber (7) and inserting the grill tray (8) into the heating chamber (7). The grill tray (8) is configured as being placeable on a cooking table. Grill cooking is conducted using an upper heating unit which is provided above the heating chamber (7) and heats a food item inside the heating chamber (7) by radiation and a lower heating unit which is provided below the heating chamber and heats the grill tray by induction.

    Abstract: In fabricating a door switch for a microwave oven, two switches are incorporated in a single switch case to allow a reduction in the size and to allow common use of switch components, thereby achieving a cost reduction through a reduction in the number of components. Further, a contact switching structure tilted in conjunction with opening and closing of a door is provided to achieve high accuracy in switching the switches. There is provided a first switch whose contact portions are switched by elastically displacing a conductive contact piece in the switch case when a first tilting lever is tilted, a second switch whose contact portions are switched by elastically displacing another conductive contact piece in the switch case at timing that is slightly different from the timing for switching the contact portions of the first switch, and a third switch which is switched when a second tilting lever is tilted.

    Abstract: A high-frequency heating apparatus capable of simultaneously heating different kinds of objects to appropriate temperatures includes: a power feed portion provided on a right side wall forming a heating chamber; a mounting table on which to mount objects to be heated; a rotating support of an improved structure; a drive motor; a temperature detection means having an area in front of the power feed portion as a detection area; and a control means; wherein high-frequency radiation variations are formed by the power feed portion and the rotating support and, based on a signal from the temperature detection means, the control means identifies positions of the objects on the mounting table and controls the drive motor to move the lower-temperature object to where a high-frequency radiation is strong to eliminate insufficient heating of the object and to simultaneously heat a plurality of objects to appropriate temperatures.
