    Abstract: A method for processing a sequence of images. In an embodiment, one or more training datasets are analyzed having a sequence of images showing a first condition and a sequence of images showing a second condition. A multivariate regression model is used to determine a relationship between relative positions of one or more features in the sequence of images showing the first condition and relative positions of the one or more features in the sequence of images showing the second condition. In an embodiment, the determined relationship is used to predict positions of the one or more features in an inquire sequence of images showing the second condition given an inquire sequence of images showing the first condition. The predicted positions can then be refined using various methods. In an embodiment, sequences of images are aligned to a common time scale.

    Abstract: Computer implemented method to indicate whether a CNF sentence representing a physical system is satisfiable. The method includes structuring a search tree based upon received data representing the CNF sentence. The search tree includes a root node and a plurality of other nodes. The method includes causing the computer to use a search to visit nodes using a decision heuristic at each node to determine which of the branches of the search tree to explore from that node, determining which nodes lie on the solution path, modifying the decision heuristic according to the analysis, generating a trained decision heuristic, and using the trained decision heuristic to process CNF sentences to determine whether those CNF sentences are satisfiable. A shortest path through the search tree provides a solution path and the heuristic can be trained with a set of training instances.

    Abstract: According to the present invention, phenols may be detected using an electrochemical sensor comprising a first compound, a working electrode and an electrolyte in contact with the working electrode, wherein the first compound operatively undergoes a redox reaction at the working electrode to form a second compound which operatively reacts in situ with the phenol, wherein said redox reaction has a detectable redox couple and wherein the sensor is adapted to determine the electrochemical response of the working electrode to the consumption of said second compound on reaction with the phenol. The phenol may be, for example, a cannabinoid or a catechin compound.
