Abstract: A manual dispenser for stretch wrap material and having a dispenser body, a handle on the dispenser body and, a roll carrier extending from the dispenser body for receiving a roll of stretch wrap material and being rotatable so as to permit controlled unwinding of the stretch wrap material from the roll. The dispenser may be attached at one end of the core for single handed operation, or two dispensers may be used, one at each end of the roll for double handed operation.
