  • Patent number: 7011347
Abstract: A latch for a section door wherein near the hinges located between the door elements there are provided, at each end of the elements, small rolling wheels which turn on horizontal pivots and slide within side guide bars having a vertical branch, an upper horizontal branch, and a curved connection branch located between the vertical and horizontal branches; the latch is located sideways and is intended for engaging, in its active position, in an opening provided in one of the side guide bars. The side latch is located coaxially with one of the small wheels intended to slide within the side guide bars of the section door. Preferably, the small wheel coaxial to the latch is mounted on a hollow pivot, and the latch is guided to slide within the bore of this hollow pivot.

  • Publication number: 20050236844
Abstract: A device intended to be applied to section doors, swinging doors and other similar kinds of doors, in order to allow a correct maneuver of the blocking elements when the door is operated by a motor, which includes: a bracket intended for application to the upper edge of a door; a swinging member acting as a square lever, pivoted on the bracket, having a first articulation element for a shaft connected to a motor, and having a second articulation element for a tie-rod connected to the mechanisms for releasing the blocking elements of the door; and a member for limiting the swing field allowed to the swinging member. Preferably, the device includes a strong spring acting between the bracket and the swinging member in the same sense as the traction exerted on the swinging member by the shaft connected to the motor during the operation of opening the door.

  • Publication number: 20050017516
Abstract: A latch (50) for a section door wherein near the hinges (C) located between the door elements (E) there are provided, at each end of the elements, small rolling wheels (R) which turn on horizontal pivots and slide within side guide bars (G) having a vertical branch (G1), a upper horizontal branch (G2), and a curved connection branch (G3) located between the vertical and horizontal branches; the latch (50) is located sideways and is intended for engaging, in its active position, in an opening (O) provided in one of the side guide bars (G). According to the invention, the side latch (50) is located coaxially with one (41) of the small wheels (R) intended to slide within the side guide bars (G) of the section door. Preferably, the small wheel (41) coaxial to the latch (50) is mounted on a hollow pivot (40), and the latch (50) is guided to slide within the bore of this hollow pivot (40).

  • Patent number: 6374527
Abstract: A safety device of the kind which comprises a body intended to be inserted into the barrel of a fire-arm and having a rotatable latch eccentrically mounted at its rear end portion and suitable for keeping an inactive position, in which it does not project out of the periphery of the body and therefore does not hinder the insertion of the body into the fire-arm barrel, and an active position in which a portion of the latch projects with respect to the periphery of the body and engages a recess of the fire-arm barrel, thus blocking the body relative to the fire-arm barrel, and a transmission member connected to the rotatable latch and to a lock mounted within the forward end portion of the body, this lock being operable by means of a proper key in order to rotate the latch through the transmission member.
